Easy to work with, good prices, and prompt service. We had a small miscommunication about direction of a downspout. They said they would come back and remedy it. They followed up and fixed the issue without me needing to call and remind them. That’s rare to see and shows great customer service.

I can give them a 5+. Being understanding about covid 19 I didn't have any contact. They gave estimate over phone. Other company did presentation which I hated. Plus their estimate was 3 x higher. These guys are great!

I called and spoke with the owner and asked him what they would charge me to fix a piece of fashing and he told me one price but when the guy's come over and fixed it for less than the quote and didn't take long to do the job. I would tell people to have them do all their jobs. With confidence.

Kelly's did an absolutely faultless job installing new gutters on my home in Whittington Creek! Prices were under the estimates/allowance, work prompt and professional. Local company, local workers, earned my highest recommendation.

Finished a job today - new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Price good, and excellent two man crew, informative, conscientous and highly professional. Highly illuminating that almost at the end they found one area of rotted fascia due to slightly short shingles and resultant rain water leaking behind the gutter onto the fascia boards. The owner, Mr. Kelly, quickly got involved, worked with the crew to both provide the extra supplies to the crew and then worked with them to replace the fascia with new 2x8s and solve the short shingle problem with metal edging under the shingles and also going over into the gutters in that one problem area. Problem solved permanently. I had visions ot a high price for the additional work, but the added quote was very reasonable. Thank you all for a job well done! You have a new and loyal customer going forward.

We've used Kelly's Guttering 4 times now and each time the end product is above expectation. They are easy to work with and well priced. The installer we have had is just a great guy who takes pride in his work. A pleasure to recommend this company.

Kelly’s Guttering were very helpful and patient with our guttering needs. Since we were also having our house painted, they came the first time, on short notice, and took the old gutters down so the painters could paint; then after the painting was finished, they came back two days later, and put up the new guttering. I highly recommend this company.

Before choosing Kelly’s Gutters, I had gotten quotes from some of the big companies as well as some of the smaller companies in and around the Knoxville area. Kelly’s Gutters not only had the best pricing, but they put up high-quality gutters on my home in a very timely manner. Two separate times I had questions about my gutters, and Tony came out to answer my questions in person. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get gutters. Seriously, don’t waste your time anywhere else. It always feels good to support a family owned business that cares about their work.

After all the storm chasers and third party companies give you the run around or super high quotes then call this company. Hands down the most knowledgeable people in the business. They know not because the product brochure says so, They know because they have visited the plant where the product is made and asked the questions that the consumer needs to know. I trust Michael Smith and his crew when it comes to repairs or upgrades on my home or business.

Great to work with! Scheduled siding repair on our home we were selling, and we didn't have a lot of time due to buyer giving short notice. Highly recommend NKS&W - very professional crews and staff. Contracted for Siding, Roofing, Gutters and return later for Gutter Guards on new construction home. Efficient scheduling and knowledgeable crews answered all my questions and completed their tasks on time. Clean-up was superb.
