I highly recommend Green Street HVAC. I went in today needing HVAC expertise. I got that and so much more! From the moment I walked in, all the guys so kindly listened to my concerns. Its nice to find one who is an expert in his field, but its a blessing to find an expert who is also honest and kind- that was Devon! He came out to our home immediately and assessed our unit free of charge!!!

We moved into a new home on Labor Day weekend and our AC started having issues two days later. It turned out that one of our thermostats was malfunctioning and turning on the heat even though it was set to cool, so we needed a new thermostat.

We called on Sunday and Tyler was at our house promptly on Tuesday morning at the promised time (we didn’t want to have them come out for an emergency call, so that was the earliest possible date for non-emergency, but they were available same day). Tyler took a look at our system, identified and thoughtfully explained our problem and recommended new thermostats that fit our needs and the team got them installed and our house back cool quickly.

We could not have been happier with the experience and will be using Green Street for all our HVAC needs in the future. Service was excellent and pricing was fair!

Our heat went out on Wednesday, so I called Green Street. Tyler came out that afternoon and found the issue quickly. We had to replace our whole unit as it was almost 20yrs old and the heater core was cracked. Tyler explained all our options and helped us pick the best one for us. They said it could be Monday before they got the unit to install, but they called that evening and said they could be here next day. Jason and Anthony came Thursday morning and got the new unit installed and working within just a few hours. They also showed us how to use the new thermostat. Our whole experience with everyone at Green Street was amazing, you could tell they all care about their customers. I will only be using them from now on for all our heat and air services.

Amazing company. Great looking install. Very knowledgeable about answering questions that I had. The biggest and best thing about Tim and the company was he/they actually called me back when I needed questions answered. Great communication. Very happy with the service.

This company is a complete scam! Our heating system at our shop went out, and they came to assess the situation. They quoted us a ridiculous range of $700 to $2000, depending on the “package” we wanted to choose. I called another company in Greenbrier, and they fixed the problem for a mere $125. I strongly advise you to avoid using this company at all costs.

Great customer service. Tim and his partner did a great job in tracking down the problem. Provided different options, even a bandaid option. We decided to do the full repair. American Legion Post 45, thanks you for cooling our building down. Thanks to Tim and the owner for their service.

7/7/23 had another visit from green st. The guys from here are awesome. They are prompt and interactive. They educate you on what's going on and what needs to be done. I refer local, so yes I totally recommend them for ac/heat unit servicing and purchase if they provide. Thanks again Tyler and Tim

The technician was on time and he was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I have used Lee Company and Hiller Company for all my AC, electrical and plumbing needs for the past 29 years. Our AC went out and my wife found your company on google. One of the main reasons we called Green Street company was it was Veteran owned. We are pleased to have you fix our AC unit and we trust your company so much, we went ahead and are having our AC/Heating unit replaced. We will continue to use Green Street company for all our AC, heating and soon to be electrical needs in the future.

My experience with Green Street HVAC was excellent. They came the same day I called. They were very efficient to get things taken care of immediately. They were very courteous and explained everything so that I could understand it. Tim answered all my questions and gave me extra information for future duct cleaning. I called Green Street to see if they would be able to fix our AC unit that had gone out and they came out in less than 24 hrs. The company provided excellent communication to allow the costumer know that they were coming and who to expect. When the team arrived they assessed the problem and then explained in a clear way exactly what was wrong and gave multiple options of plans in how we would like to fix it. Christian and his team member did an excellent job in repairing the unit and even going a step further to make several preventive adjustments to the unit. (Putting wires in properly where they had been sloppy, glueing a pipe that was leaking). We were very happy with the work that had been done and will call upon Green Street in the future!

Great veteran owned company. We have had 2 different technicians named Tim and Christian service our unit. Both veterans themselves. Very helpful, and knowledgeable. We have found that veterans give excellent service due to military standards that are ingrained in them. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Our AC quit blowing cold air, of course on the hottest day we’ve had so far. I texted the 24/7 number at 8:30pm and someone was at my door the next morning to fix it. Tim Conley was my technician and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and gave me transparent pricing so I could make a decision on what was best for me. Hopefully I won’t have any issues anytime soon, but when something does come up I know exactly who to call.

Professional, honest, on-time and hardworking crew. I had Green Street replace our home's HVAC and ductwork. Bryce and Tim answered all my questions and explained everything along the way. Best of all they were able to get the job scheduled quickly and completed in one day. Highly recommend!

Many contractors give you a wide time span in which you can expect their arrival, then are either late in that span or late altogether. Not only was I given a narrow 2-hour window, but Tim from Green Street called me in advanced with an ETA and arrived when he said he would, at the beginning of the appointed time frame so didn’t have to wait all afternoon.

Tim was not only punctual, but he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. This was a visit for an estimate on installing a new unit, I hope to get to work with Green Street and possibly Tim should they be successful in their bid.

Came in a we discussed a few options...he let me decide what I wanted to do...there wasn't any pressure on his part..it was strictly my decision.
