This company and crew are excellent! First, when I call they actually remember our set up and help us diagnose the issue. They then work as hard as they can to get to you as quickly as they can. (There are always other customers that might have a more elevated issue, but Green Street will do everything they can to get to you ASAP.) They are extremely fair in their pricing and very upfront with what needs to be done. They have also done a great job on tracking down the issue. I highly recommend this company for your home or business.

First, I really appreciated the text message updates re: the technician's arrival, and a picture of the technician so I'd know who to look for. Second, his customer service was great. He explained the problem to me, what he was doing to fix it, and answered all my other questions with patience and professionalism. He was very conscious about not making a mess, wearing shoe covers inside, etc. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing more parts/service, but he still took the time to go through the options with me. Really great experience. As for fixing the issue, only more time will tell; but I have no reason to doubt he didn't fix the issue as he explained.

We had a new HVAC system installed in our shop and Green Street did a wonderful job. Every employee I encountered was so professional and kind, from the very first phone call to making final payment. They were able to get our system ordered and installed within a week of us accepting the estimate. It’s hard to find good communication these days and I had zero problems with communication dealing with their employees.

I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Hello, so I contacted Green Street HVAC on a Monday June 23, 2025 They are in Springfield Tennessee. I had not heard of or used them before but they were courteous, polite and sounded genuinely eager to help me with my HVAC service needs, I booked an appointment with them right away based on these good vibes for two days later. I'm really glad to say that I am very pleased that I did. They sent me courteous reminders and kept me informed not too pushy just a short text. The technician came out and assessed my equipment and to my surprise he found nothing major out of the ordinary doing his checks. I know a little about HVAC, and was impressed how he got right to the evaluation process, he made multiple tests with his meter energized the condenser fan motor briefly my unit fired up, and it ran just fine, and still working super good. It only took him about 15 minutes max and he was done. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company Green Street if you need HVAC service, five star service visit for sure

We've had Green Street come fix some problems with our HVAC a couple of times and each time they've been very professional and thorough.

This time our an unit wasn't cooling down the house and if I took before photos of the unit and inline fuse I'd post some after pictures to compare. It's an 8-9 year old unit but our home is almost 70 and I'm pretty sure the inline fuse system is original, though not likely the problem fuse. We had one of the twin fuses go out and, as they always do, we were quoted five levels of repair. The technician, Tim, also noted our refrigerant was low so he quoted fixes for that. We had them take care of both and couldn't be happier with the service.

We needed a very short notice of a fireplace inspection and certification. Done quickly and immediately and great price. Always great service on every service!

Tim was our technician today! Tim was friendly, throughout and was able to resolve our issue within an hour.

I happily recommend Green Street HVAC. The technician (Shaun S.) arrived on time - in a dangerous heatwave. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Will call them again, when needed.

I’ve never had the service I received from a HVAC company that I received from Green Street today. My ac unit went down at 9am and was fixed by 1215 pm. Great job guys and thank you. Keep up the good work.

Great service. Nice to have our units cleaned and thoroughly checked before the heating season. Tim was very friendly and efficient.

Tim was very professional and explained the different options so I can understand it. He recommended the unit that was right for my needs without selling a product. He arrived promptly as scheduled and left making sure he answered all my questions. I believed that he will do a good job in installing the unit and I appreciate him and Green Street HVAC.

One of our hvac units was not working, so we called Green Trucks for a quote to replace the entire unit thinking it had a bad compressor. However, Steven came out to see the situation and was able to simply fix the issue and told us nothing was wrong with the unit and it didn’t need to replaced. I appreciate the honesty and expertise Steven demonstrated. Thanks Steven!

We were very pleased with the service we received today from Bryce. He very patiently answered all my questions and gave us all the options on fixing our unit. In the end we opted to get a new system and are looking forward to having it installed.

This company is amazing. Everyone who's come out is very polite, thorough, respectful of my home, and they are fairly priced. I've never had a bad experience with them. I'm a little sad that I won't be able to use them when I close on my next house, as I'll be moving out of state. If I was staying in the area, though, I would absolutely renew my plan with them. I would highly recommend Green Street to anyone who needs hvac repair or just routine maintenance.

Excellent service all around. I reached out during a very hot Summer when other HVAC service companies were covered up and unavailable. I was really thankful for their ability to arrive day of my call.
Tim showed up and was professional, easy to talk with, willing to answer all my questions, and able to quickly spot the problem and offer solutions. I was provided with very clear repair options and multiple pricing options for different levels of service...i.e. just replace the part for very little cost, or replace the part, clean the unit, add a surge protector, add additional cold start part to put less strain on the part that went out, etc. for a higher cost. My choice. Love this!
I appreciate that this company is run by military veterans. Have signed up for regular bi-annual inspections and maintenance. Highly recommend!
