Absolutely terrible customer service and business ethics. I hired them to fix a beeping sound in my back house rental and they charged almost $475 to replace one part. The beeping noise continued and my tenants continued to complain to me everyday, asking for a prorated rental amount back every day the fridge did not work. After multiple attempts to get Ultrafix to come back to inspect it, they finally showed up after 2 weeks and on this particular day the fridge did not beep, so they left. I called to explain what happened and I was met with "its your problem" and "too bad". They would not refund me the money, so I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and I am still disputing it. This company does not care about its customers. BEWARE.

This is the best appliance repair company I have come across since I been in Austin Texas Mr. Ruslan was excellent with the process from the beginning to the end.

They came and fixed my washer the same day. Very professional and responsive, we were very satisfied. Highly recommend! Will definitely call them again.

Ruslan was very professional and knowledgeable of my microwave . He took the time to answer all of my questions and decide if I should buy a new one or not. I decided to have him repair due to the cost he quoted. I think pricing is fair especially $75 for a visit when most charge $100-125! Ask for Ruslan at for all your repair needs !

Spouse had repair guy come last Friday 3/1. We now have heat with dryer, great. However, spouse asked about now broken control panel. Repair guy denied. This was not broken previously. Also my spouse asked for a receipt and repair guy said he could call office to request a receipt. So upset as this is very unprofessional. Yes, dryer now has heat, but now my control panel is broken. I called the office today and hopefully will get this resolved.
Update: They called me and wanted us to pay $125.00, go half on the replacement part and remove this review. This was because my husband did remove the panel. We were honest about that, but he DID NOT BREAK it. Also, the guy left a handful of screws behind on Friday. Where do these go? I found two more today. Sorry.. but no, we're not paying half and I'm not removing my review. I wouldn't put this here just for the heck of it. Anyone reading this, just don't touch your machine and stay there the whole while anyone is working on.

Emil came out the same day that we called and was very professional and thorough in his evaluation of the problem. He spent plenty of time explaining the issue and gave us several different options to consider.

Rufat did a great job! He was available when we needed him and there was no question that he knew what he was doing and he solved our problem. What more could you ask for?
