Service technician, Ruslan was highly skilled and responsive. My GE dishwasher door latch was not connecting, he knew exactly how to fix and was done in 10 minutes! Said if it happened again to call back and he'd come back to replace latch reducing my cost already incurred. Will definitely use Ultrafix again!

I had an amazing experience with UltraFix. I called and within 3 hours I had a professional and very knowledge technician, Ruslan, come to see about the leak in my washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within the hour. Ruslan shared what he was doing along the way and kept me informed as he was working. He even cleaned the area before he left! I was very impressed with how everything played out toady and so grateful Google led me to UltraFix Appliance Repair. I highly recommend them!

Ray did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed my washer’s problem, explained what it was, ordered the part & was back the next day & got everything running without any noise. He also showed me how to clean out the filter so debris won’t clog it up, which will improve the life of the machine.

Farid was on time for our appointment & meticulously checked the washing machine for problem we were experiencing & even put a load of towels into washer to check it under a load. Although the end result was not what I wanted I was given the approximate amount it would take to fix the existing washer & we decided not to have our washer repaired. Thanks Farid

Called the manufacturer for service and was scheduled for one month later to fix my dryer with a broken belt. Called Ultrafix and Paul came out the same day. He had the necessary parts, fixed it on the spot, and now my dryer is working better than it has in a long time!

Ray was prompt, communicative, informative and very friendly. He was able to come by the same day we called, and returned the next day with the part needed to make the repair. Highly recommend and will use this company again in the future!

The size is a special size… Ricardo and his team worked tirelessly to keep finding the problem to get it fixed for me without costing me a fortune.
