Outstanding service and fair pricing - can't ask for anything more.

Request a check up at a unit installed by this company and called many times and never had a return call. I would not suggest contacting them for any service of any kind!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Our experience with this company and Thomas was just excellent from beginning to end. Thomas answered all of our questions, and provided top quality service.

I have been calling them for almost a month with no return call. They were sent a work order by my home warranty and have not heard from them. A call back is not that hard to do. I will not use anyone who can’t even return a call. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them and the problem wasn’t fixed the first time.

We were having what we thought was thermostat problem. Turned out to be more complicated. Thomas just kept at it until it was all fixed and we now have heat. He's my hero!!!

I wish I could give 100 stars!! I have never had service as great as Thomas and Askew Air provided us. His first thing he did was ask me what was happening and let me give all of the details. He didn’t just glance and jump to conclusions. He took his time and checked everything and even did a test to help confirm what was happening with our system. He was extremely patient and had no problem explaining everything to me. From now on, I will only use Thomas and his team. Thank you!!

I got home last night to find that my AC was out. I called these guys and not only were they able to come first thing this morning, but were very reasonable on the price. Only $25 for a diagnosis service call... they diagnosed it, ran to get a new motor, brought it back and installed it all in under 2 hours. That's unheard of these days!

Excellent A/C company, I called with an emergency A/C problem, office personnel talked with service person(Will)and they made time to come out and take care of my AC issue the same day. Very nice people.

We have used on-site air 3 times since purchasing our manufactured home and have been greatly impressed with their work! We are now working strong and signed up for the seasonal maintenance of program and they were even able to find a problem with our heating unit before we turned it on and it caused us a major issue! We highly recommend Chris and On-Site Air!!

I have been using on-site air for years. You name it they have fixed my AC and heating problems. I have gotten my family and friends to use them and they all love on-site! On-site air will tell you what’s wrong with your system and give you options on how you want to go about it. Upfront and honest people. Love On-Site won’t go anywhere else for my AC and heating problems!
