I just had the pleasure of having Dhillon and Manny from Terioat Mechanical AC & Heating identify my lack of air flow in the upstairs part of our house. They were personable and very professional. Both technicians were true ambassadors to their business. They arrived at the exact time they said they would be here. They entered the home with booties on and most important wearing their masks at all times. Our exchange units are in our attic and the temperature at the time they were in the attic was 115 degrees; yet, they kept their masks on at all times. Dhillon explained and even showed me what the issue was. The quality of the work was not just good it was "great.' And the value was excellent. I have no hesitation in promoting and highly recommending Terioat Mechanical AC and Heating and especially Dhillon and Manny.

I’ve always been calling this company for any of the A/C issues or even installing a new A/C unit. They have always been on time, they respond immediately and are well trained for issues. Every time they fix one of my issues, I never have the problem again. It’s very generous of them to be so courteous and respectful even when they had to deal with my wife who gets very annoyed fast. I recommend everyone if you have a problem with your A/C unit or heating issues to call them. They will get the job done and the right as well.

Contacted Terioat for a second opinion. I was told I had to replace the outside and inside unit for $4200. Mr. Dhillon with Terioat Mechanical was able to fix the problem for $176. He showed up the same day, was courteous, knowledgeable and explained all the steps in understandable terms. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

Extremely quick HVAC repair. Simple issue that they diagnosed in minutes and repaired. The techs were friendly, willing to share knowledge and tips while they worked.

The part they replaced should be under warranty from the manufacturer, but they weren't able to verify that while at my house. They didn't charge me for the new part under the assumption they'd be able to replace it under warranty, which is a very honest way to run things!

All in all a very professional, quick service.

Our office AC went out on Friday and called Terioat Mechanical for quote. They were the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous of all. They were busy whole week, but were to schedule us on Saturday with no extra charge. Highly recommended!

We would highly recommend Terioat. Our AC went out Tuesday and the technician showed up in a couple of hours to access the situation. Our unit was 37 years old and needed to be replaced. He and his installation team showed up the next day and installed a new unit in around 4 hours. They were all very courteous and friendly.
