Our sewage drain was leaking under the foundation. Accurate L&L conducted the complete testing/inspection via the toilet drain, at no charge, explained the multiple cracks and bellying found, and provided the quote for the repair. The repair required tunnelling under the foundation, 3 tunnels, which was really expensive, $350/ft for the length of our tunnelling. It took them multiple trips to complete the job, ~1 month. The communication was good, timeline was reasonable, they were punctual on the job days, and friendly and professional. We were satisfied with the completed job. It was an expensive repair, no insurance coverage for that repair. Would recommend Accurate L&L.

Would 100% use again, and recommend to a friend. They quickly diagnosed my problem with my sewer line and after being told I needed a $9k repair by a big national brand they did the fix for $1500. No additional fees, nothing hidden, easy to pay, did the repair exactly when they said they would, then filled it all back in and you can barely tell they were there at all.

If you have a slab leak or sewer line break save yourself time and just call these guys. I called and spoke with several companies as I knew my problem was going to be expensive and wanted to get as much info and opinions as possible. Accurate Leak and Line's pricing was fair but most importantly... They show up, they're honest and great communicators. The project manager had no problem explaining things clearly and answering all my questions and concerns.

Antonio and Carlos were extremely professional. They know their trade and the results indicate this. Excellent communication throughout the day. They treated me with the utmost respect and were attentive and courteous. They were also fun to work with.

Had a leak in our arena somewhere in the cattle pens and needed help to find it. Called in the morning and they were able to send a tech out that afternoon to do a quick visual inspection. The tech quickly found the source of the leak, a broken gate on a hose bib valve, and made a quick adjust with some spare parts on the truck. Stopped the leaking water and confirmed there was no other leaks on the property. Professional and personable. The Tech was most helpful and made a couple quick fixes that cost him very little and saved us a lot! You don’t find that very often anymore. I’ll be calling Accurate Leak and Line first, every time. They went above and beyond for me. Great people and great attitudes. Y’all are very much appreciated.

Very efficient and all possibilities explained. As soon as chosen route taken immediately went to work. Thirty minutes later all issues resolved. Great job and highly recommend. Now on my speed dial in case of an emergency.

My technician was Maxwell Main. He showed up immediately and did the most thorough clean out as well as educating me along the way.. I now understand how my system functions and know what to look out for..

I manage Arden at Kohlers Crossing in Kyle and we are a new community who had to learn the hard way how much trash went down our lines during construction. Amanda and her team at Zoom Drain were fantastic at working with me to create a scope of work that not only kept our drains under their constant care until the job was completed; but they did it in an efficient and professional manner, we were all on the same page the whole time during my emergency. Zoom Drain came out in a quick fashion on a Sunday and immediately resolved my clogged drain. They are competitively priced, super courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend calling them first if you want your plumbing issue fixed fast. I highly recommend them to anybody and I will definitely be calling them for any of my future issues.

Hello, my name is Aleena Tristan and I just wanted to say that Zoom Drain, went above and beyond the call of duty today for my friend and I, who were in a sticky situation that was very emergent, when another company was a no call, no show. I turned to Google for help and I found someone who recommended me to Zoom Drain and not only did they get out as soon as they could and on the same day, but they had the best serviceman ever, who just really were angels. The first was our service Man Thomas Sanchez, who came and drained the septic. He was sweet, funny and professional, and we really appreciated him. Also, the angel that came to us as well,…rightfully called JC, (JC Otti) because he was such a blessing to us with his presence and he really just went above and beyond to be kind to us, when he didn’t know exactly how bad we needed kindness and I pray that God blesses him as well with kindness. So, thank you to the star-spangled crew at Zoom Drain!

Let me tell you how greatly I appreciate Thomas and Zoom Drain.
Yesterday I set up a septic pump with a different company. The pump truck driver told me that he needed me to dig down to the top of the septic tank and that he would be back in the morning (today). Well after digging this 3ft by 3ft hole and showing up to meet him at my aunts house he was a no show and to top that off he also charged a $150 service fee for doing absolutely nothing yesterday. Well I got online and searched for a new company and found Zoom Drain. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and said don’t worry we got you taken care of. She had her pump guy Thomas come out and meet me at my aunts house. He called way ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Which I see as very respectful unlike this other company who just showed up. Well not only was Thomas respectful and knowledgeable he was very polite and helpful with everything that he did and we did.
Thomas did an excellent job and also recommended a few things that needed to be done to the septic tank which in the end he knew I had to consult with my aunt and grandfather so he didn’t push anything on us at all. He recommended it and left it at that. Well after speaking with both of my family members they agreed to have it done and Thomas said man I got you I’ll be out tomorrow afternoon with another guy so we can get started on putting everything in and getting yall right. Zoom Drain did us right and did themselves right by hiring Thomas. If anyone needs septic tank cleaning or what not reach out to Zoom Drain they won’t steer you wrong and they’ll take care of you in the end.
