Nice people, good communicators. After our install the circuit breaker was tripping when the AC was on. After investigating they had not noticed that the size of the circuit breaker on the main board was too small. Their “free fix” was to downsize the sub panel breaker resulting in slower charging of the car. To upsize the main breaker, they wanted to charge another $400. After talking to one of the owners, They refused to give any on the $400 for their mistake and my trouble. Update- owner called me and said they would do it for free. Right thing to do but somewhat concerning to get it wrong on the front end.
