This company is out right amazing! I was having a terrible day my AC was not working at all and I work from home. I called and Cool Now came the same day and fixed my issue with no problems. The gentleman that came and helped me, thank you so much Mr Jones, you was very patient with me and was really polite. I definitely will be using this company again.

When my AC went out in the middle of summer I called around for 2 days trying to get it fixed. But I when I called Cool now they came to the rescue! My downstairs AC unit went out/not cooling my downstairs properly, so as I was searching for a AC repair company , Cool Now LLC was highly recommended on on Nextdoor app by local neighbors. I reached out and Terrell came to the rescue right away. Terrell was very prompt, professional, dependable, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair immediately as he already had the parts readily available in the service truck! AC was up and running in less than an hr!
