Kerlin did a fantastic job checking out all of our plumbing for problems. I especially like the fact that Dial One doesn't use this service to upsell me. They do a legitimate thorough investigation, and when there is nothing wrong, they say, "Thank you and have a nice day!" I also like the preventative checks that are included with the ongoing contract. Total charge today $0.00

Joseph is great! He communicated well and showed me exactly what needed to be repaired. I was kept in the loop about any schedule delays. If Joseph is available, I prefer to have him. It’s nice to see a familiar face!

When the tank of my toilet cracked, I called Dial One. They were able to send James out the next morning with a new commode and tank. He had the replacement done in no time, plus he also changed the filter on my AC unit. All this for a very good price! I’m very happy!!

I have used Dial One for HVAC repairs and a full replacement. Everybody I have talked to has been very friendly. The work has been very solid and all of the techs have been very knowledgeable. I am bias because I know the owner but it is easy to have a company full of great workers when it is ran by great people.

Joe came to assess an air conditioning issue. He immediately discovered the problem and repaired it. I've always had a great experience with Dial One Employees and the Office phone reps too. Jason fixed my issue in a jiffy, was professional and cheerful, cleaned up after the job. I have called on Dial One Johnson for plumbing incidents (thank you also Jonathan), and an AC issue. All their guys were great with good service. I love the workmanship guarantees too.

Dial One is seriously amazing in way of professionalism and no hassle. Before bed our house was at 86 degrees. By 2am it was up to 89. I made the call to Dial One around 8am. In just under an hour Dan came in and immediately eased the encounter with some humor. He assured me he’d take a look and not sugar coat or pressure sell. In short he had cool air circulating in my home in a matter of 30-45 minutes. He later came in and showed me pics of the readings taken and what was good vs what was bad. He also informed me of my options to replace inside and outside units which I am strongly considering in the near future for our system is definitely old. Thanks also to Teiyana who took my call and set up the service time. All in all true customer service isn’t dead. These two exemplified true professionalism.

Anytime I call and need help with an issue, whether it’s toilet issue, water line needing to be put in place or a hot water heater flushed, everyone is always to professional, friendly and willing to get it done! Dial One lives up to its promise to make me smile. I was not satisfied with a start aid modification they suggested for the A/C compressor. They removed it and refunded the money I had paid.

I just want to say Jonathan Haywood was very professional he did a great job, reasonable price, Jonathan did my repairs in less than an hour. Oh when I say I'm very satisfied I am. I just want to thank you guy's, I will definitely use this company again.

I got home from a holiday and the first night the kitchen sink backed up, but it was different it was not even slow draining. I was fearful of costs. I called these guys. Got a call back immediately (on a SUNDAY), and had an appointment for Monday morning. They came, assessed the problem and solved it with a great deal of care. These are my go to plumbers now

I had a great experience with Jonathan H. as my plumber, who helped us navigate through the leak without charging an arm and a leg.
We thought there must be ethical techs here so we decided to ask Dial One to come out again for our HVAC just a week later.
Today, we had the unfortunate experience of working with Allen Elkassih. Not only was he trying to charge an arm and a leg, but was also very negligent with his work. Very unethical.
When he was scheduled to come out today to check on our issue, and told us the cost of repair was 4K-13K, we needed a second opinion because that’s was basically the price of new condensers. Shortly after my new techs arrived and warned us that it was leaking freon, hissing, and spraying everywhere. We saw his tools directly where it was leaking, so we called Allen back to let him know. Allen said that’s not on him, that wasn’t his doing. But Allen, let’s be honest, before you arrived it was not doing that. And I’m sure if you saw that you would have said something about it. Allen was very unethical and negligent. This changes my perspective on Dial One, I will have to secure video footage as well as have a 3rd party involved. The least Allen could have done was left it how it was before he arrived. The new techs said that if they didn’t come in time, it would have leaked all of our Freon out.
