I have had a rocky start with this company. After being able to express my issues to the appropriate person I feel my concerns have been validated and they are working with me to find solutions to those concerns and have taken them very seriously. I appreciate the urgency and care on their end in addressing all my issues and helping me understand some things I may not have at first. Thank you to the management team in getting with me so urgently to find a quick solution that will work for all parties.

I'm not sure how this company is staying in business. I contracted to have my company showroom cleaned twice monthly. The first two Fridays that they were scheduled to clean, no one showed up or called. The owner finally called me to apologize and told me that they did not do business this way and they would get it fixed. When they finally showed up to clean, it looked pretty good, but it wasn't long that I would notice the day after the crew had been here, that certain things on the list of items in our contract were not done, or were done poorly. When I would call and tell them about it, or email, I would get no response. This last time, when a mess was left on the carpeting after they had been there, I called to tell them that there was no way my carpet had been vacuumed, as the mess left by a child in our showroom on Friday afternoon would not still be there. Nadine asked us to send here a picture which we did on Monday. Nothing was done about it. They called and scheduled a visit to my showroom that Friday at 11am. When no one had shown up or called by 1 pm, I called the office. I was told that they had another client with a business and name similiar to mine and that they had gone there instead. So when I asked to reschedule, I was told that they would come the following Monday at 11 am. Once again, the time came and went, and I didn't hear a thing. This time, Raymond called me and told me that Nadine would meet with me in our showroom . I thought we had a good meeting, and I showed Nadine the mess on the floor (which we had texted a picture of the previous Monday to her ). She assured me that the cleaner would be by that afternoon to vacuum the floor. That evening I received an email from Raymond stating that they would no longer be cleaning our showroom effective that day. Unfortunately, we had paid for our second cleaning of the month in advance, and of course they didn't clean. Their accountant only comes in on Tuesdays, so I am still awaiting my refund for the cleaning that never happened. Not impressed.

Smart Choice has been our provider for contract Janitorial services for about 3 years or better. They are cooperative, communicative and quick to solve any issues that may come up . We can depend on them when we have VIP's visit the facility, to insure everything looks as it should. They handle extra activities like all employee luncheons and clean-ups when pipes break or get clogged in an efficient manner without complaint. Additionally, they have assisted with several building projects in the past as well.
I would have to say that by choosing this contractor service, I have made a Smart Choice.
