Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They did not arrive and would not answer the phone/hung up on me. Would not recommend this place.

Horrible. Booked a month out, took a day off work, I even called them the Friday before to confirm and then they were a no-show. Extremely disorganized office with no followup communication from front office. I was the one making all the phone calls. They finally tried to scramble and get me a sub contracted technician, but I ended up having to go with another source last minute because they were so late to the game.

I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for someone to come for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning from 9am to 11am. I had also called the morning of at 8AM to confirm my scheduled time. Sadly, no one came to my house by 11 AM. When I called they did not know if I could have my cleaning done the day I reserved. The problem is this company hires a third party to perform the cleaning. Luckily the third party company were able to squeeze me in the afternoon. The contracted cleaners did a good job but this actual company that makes the reservation is not reliable. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I did not use this company after the technician did NOT show up between 9-11:00 am. Called their office, I was left listening to their “hold music” for approx. 15 min. They were unable to supply a technician for that day. I spent 7 hours waiting on them to get a technician, with no avail.
