Very unsafe driver speeding through a school zone in Richardson/Garland 08/17/25 around 3:30 pm

Driver of vehicle 16231172 cut myself off in traffic forcing me to hit my breaks and the car behind me to veer out of my lane to avoid rear ending me. If your workers drive like they drive, good lord imagine

Delivered on 9/20/24 8am Appt.. Arrived @ 7:38am but had made the mistake of pulling onto Enterprise Dr.. The loading/unloading dock you need to be at is on the other side of the building address.
I went to end of street, made Rt turn onto Airline Dr and followed to Executive Dr.. Turn RT and go to end to Wrangler Dr.. Turn RT and only follow to after 3rd bldg and turn right into parking lot entrance for facility docks on LHS after turning in.
You should see a double door for 2ea loading docks, pick one and back into . Area is adjacent to another warehouse across the way and a little on the tight side w/dropped trailers in docks but manageable(see pics).
I was taken care of by Bob . He was very helpful and professional. Unload didn’t take long and I checked out @ 9:30am .
PS: To get there,I took Freeport Pkwy exit# 34 off I-635 and made RHT onto and followed to Wrangler Dr., turned right and followed to Enterprise Dr., but instead , should’ve gone to first driveway after and turned left into. No bathroom was offered but didn’t need one. Warehouse across from docks I was at had the name Contrinex on doors. Overnighting could be a possibility as there was a large parking lot area beyond Johnson Controls facility.

I noticed a strange smell from my kitchen tap and slight discoloration in the water. The plumber flushed the system, replaced a filter, and now everything tastes and smells perfect. It’s amazing how a small service improved my everyday water.

After heavy rain, our yard flooded slightly. The plumber found the sewer line partially collapsed. Replacing the damaged section solved the flooding issue.

Tech was helpful in solving my problem. Highly recommended!❤️

We went to deeply appriciate the folks at the company for their excellent service installing our new furnace. This was a challenging experience, largely because of the pandemic and supply chain shortages. HVAC supplies are hard to find and they worked diligently to locate the needed components.

Tech along with his junior performed a service check on our air unit. They were on time, professional, explained everything in detail and did an excellent job. We have used them many times for repairs and service and they have always done an excellent job.

AHS assigned this company on Sunday (filed service request online), when my thermostat display went blank. Circuit breaker had not tripped. Called the company's 972 number on Monday a few times and left VMs. No-one called me back. So I called AHS and requested them to call Air Rescue and ask them to come on Monday itself, but they did not have any open slots, but since I had only 1 unit & senior citizens in my home and temperature was in 90s, the company owner told AHS that he will send a tech first thing Tues Morning. Kevin called me in an hour after I hung up the phone with AHS, and he promised me he will show up btw 8-11 on Tues. I got a call at 9AM Tues and he said he was 15 min away. He was professional, friendly, and went to the attic and drained water from kill switch, and thermostat came back alive! Then he went outside and checked the freon pressure on my condensor unit, and that was fine as well. he also explained to me that the since the AC was emptying into the mastertoilet sink, I had to make sure no clogs there, and advised me to pour down Draino and I did that. He then measured the temperature at the vents and it was 67F, and I was happy. He also said there was a 60 day warranty. Kevin told me they are a small company and Mondays are super busy hence they could not call me back.

Thermostat went dead in 5 hours, and I called back Kevin and he said was busy and he can come back tomorrow. I texted him multiple times , atleast asking him how to turn on thermostat after emptying water from kill switch, and he did not respond back. Then I called Reliant Air-conditioning who came in at 6:30PM and Eddie taught me how to remove kill switch and suck water from the pipe, and then he cut the line and kept blowing pressurized nitrogen into the primary and we heard a pop sound, looks like all the hard water deposits came out of the sink in my bathroom. So Kevin from Air Rescue Mechanical had done a half baked job in the morning.

Home Warranty is a total BS and the companies they contract with are also BS

He is very reliable and efficient. He has fixed my A/c unit and is very reasonable. He does maintenance of my cooler and heater units too.
I would highly recommend him!!!

Got same day service yesterday evening from Rescue Mechanical. The tech came on time and was very efficient in diagnosing the problem. Was fixed in less than 15mins! Amazing service!!!

After being without heat for two days, Air Rescue gave me fast, courteous service and had repairs to my furnace completed very quickly. They even had parts available when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service from Johnny. He was on-time and identified the issue in a few minites and fixed the issues in less than 24 hours. I will recommened him and will use him in the future.

We told this company about AC not working and they agreed to help us on the same day. Technician diagnosed the issue and told us whey the AC was not cooling.

Best company for A/C and heating needs. Within just a couple of hours they installed my new units. Extremely reasonable, and they don’t cheat you out of money.
