Great work

Brandon at Pro Source got my septic system running smooth and in a very timely manner.

We signed a contract for 1 year with them, they stopped coming and answered our calls.I’m so disappointed with them and they just scammed us. Hopefully this will help others not to get them.

Today, I had a customer call my business stating what many others have commented here. This company apparently is taking everyone's money to set up contracts and then is not fulfilling their end of the agreement. Stay away from these guys.

They just stopped showing up or answering my calls. We signed a contract for monthly visual inspections back in August of 2023 which happed for a few months. However, they have yet to be on our campus in 2024. After months of calls and messages I cannot get a response. I'm so disappointed. Hopefully a poor Google review will get some attention or at least allow for others to avoid the same frustration.

⚠️‼️‼️Update!!!! A year ago my mom signed a 2 year contract with Brandon. However, they haven’t been to our home in months!! We actually haven’t seen them at all since the initial contract date!! Harris County Engineering, who he is supposed to report to them twice a year, can’t even get in touch with him and he hasn’t given them any reports at all this year!! We believe they have skipped town!!

1 year ago…. Brandon and Patricia came out on the weekend and quickly took care of our septic needs. We were in a bind and sewerage was backing up. Our previous company wouldn’t even come to check it out. I highly recommend Pro Source for your septic needs. They are both professional, knowledgeable and answered our call promptly.

BEWARE!!!! Worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. They were asked to put a simple cutoff valve near my house, but were to incompetent to follow the main and instead tried to put the box and valve in the center of my yard. There’s no excuse for something like that, just laziness.

Today 10/11/2020 called at 5:50pm for a huge water leak in a brand new house, is 7:37pm and haven’t received a call back (called multiple times). Is the second time this happens same spot, different scenarios. Last person that came was unprofessional. Oh, and most of the times they’ll tell you that they are an hour away and you will have to wait till next day.

Terrible service. Please dont use them. All of my floor popped up already. And they’re keeping reschedule for fixing the problem until you give up. Stay away this company guy. Scam

MTW on call emergency guy is the best!!! he just saved my day and took the time to teach me a life lesson! I am so glad that he was able to help me and took the time to talk with me. I will always use them for my plumbing needs! Thank you so much!

This is the official warranty partner of my builder. The on call tech who came was mad, kept on yelling as if he is going to get out of his skin and even billed us three hundred dollars for checking the problem. Very bad service. If they don’t want to check and do their job they shouldn’t have partnered with any builder.

We had some burst pipes because of the recent freeze, and Mike from MTW was able to come out to our house the same day we called. He was knowledgeable, methodical, and fixed the problems without issue. The price was very reasonable, and we are so glad to have our water on again. Mike said that they mostly do new construction, but I'm so glad they are pitching in to help in this recent disaster. Great company.
