Plumbing reviews in Cypress, Texas

This company was used by our contractor. The sink they installed had a bubble in the finish (see first picture). After 6-7 months the bubble cracked and I placed a work order for a repair. MTW pipeworks sent a repair man out and he attempted to fix the sink. A week later the repair failed (see second picture). I submitted another work order and a supervisor was sent to inspect the sink. He stated it should never have been installed because the original bubble was a factory defect. A few months went by (I didn’t think anything about it due to Covid) and I never heard from the company. I called my contractor and they looked into the sink problem. I was informed that the ticket was closed because the damage to the sink was “normal wear and tear”. Well if this is normal wear and tear, what kind of low quality sinks are they using??? I think it is more likely that they know they installed a faulty sink and instead of being a quality company who appreciates and cares for their customers, they only care about the bottom line and know there is no recourse for me regarding this problem. If you are looking for quality work and a reputable company; this isn’t the company for you. I would suggest taking your business somewhere else.

They need to fix their customer service first before fixing customer problems. Just like the other reviews the lady at the phone was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. She said she would see if someone is around in my area and get back to me but did not and when I called back a few mins later the office was closed and it was Friday. The next two days the office was closed and now on Monday she is saying that it is my fault that I did not put someone on schedule.

Unless she confirmed that there is no around how can I request to put on a schedule. Its been 5 day and we cannot use our kitchen sink and cook because of that and for MTW it is not an emergency.

Worst part they do not allow me to bring any 3rd party to fix the problem myself otherwise they would void the warranty.

Only option is to WAIT for them to send someone! RIDICULOUS company with WORST customer service!

There is another pending issue that they HAVE BEEN fixing again and again without a permanent solution and I am TIRED with them. I do not know why my builder chose this company! TERRIBLE!

Do not use this company. We used them to install a pipe liner and they screwed it up and walked off the job. It cost us 100K to pump sewage for a few days to keep the building open. They will not return our phone calls and their responsible master plumber does not have insurance.

These guys are horrible. Customer Service and their work. They forgot to install the handles on my service valve for the water heater.. All they said, it's up to code.. Especially when all parts provided by the water heater mfg.

"TWILLIO" This going to be an issue for him. You SHOULD NOT USE HIS SERVICES, and he cannot spell. Your choice.
