He did thorough readings and measurements that created a topographical image showing the areas of concern on the ground level. He pointed out signs of drainage concerns as well. The work team arrived on time, was very professional, and left everything as it was before they arrived. They even power washed every bit of dirt off the driveway.

This is the best company for foundation repairs in DFW. I obtained quotes from all the regular companies but picked PermaTech due to their transparency, professionalism and knowledge. Steve and his team came out and got us an estimate. The estimator called us after hours and made sure we understood everything. They also took care of the plumbing check, permits and had a reputable engineering company verify their findings. This verification process was done after the job was complete too. They also worked with us on payment by allowing us to pay weekly.

They were very professional, and it was amazing to see how well the door frames went back to normal and the cracks closed up immediately as they leveled the house. PermaTech Foundation Repair company did a great job repairing my foundation. Greg Thomas and his crew where very professionals at there job, they arrived on time and worked through some annoying weather. They also cleaned up everything before they would leave, after finishing the repairs, they made sure to leave our place as clean as possible. Was very impressed with Permatech's approach to their work. All the team members from the engineers, technicians and other workers were very professional, approachable and friendly. They explained their process in detail and in a way that could be understood. The company kept me advised throughout the process via emails, visits and text messages. They coordinated the permits, paperwork and engineering, with city and utility crews. Hands free for me. The actual crew digging the foundation access placements were the hardest working crew I've observed anywhere. The price seemed reasonable and competitive to other providers. A number of options were offered. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.
