We had our foundation repair done by PermaTech and hopefully it never needs anything like that again...only time and the soil movement will tell.
I really appreciated how they communicated with texts and email to keep me informed. Greg, the supervisor on the job, sent me a text that morning and then during the process kept me informed of what they were doing. It was truly appreciated. When they were done, they cleaned the area around the foundation as well and made it look nice. They did a professional job and I have no problem recommending them to others.

If I decide to use Smart Foundation Repair it will be because of Chad.

Chris is a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to evaluate and explain the issue entirely. He was punctual. The scheduler, Aldo, was extremely kind, and informative and made sure I was well taken care of.

I couldn't find a zero to rate. This company is TERRIBLE!! They pressured me into a contract when all I wanted was a quote because I had a door sticking. They destroyed my flowerbed, cut down trees and bushes on it, moved my ac unit off of it's concrete slab and shoved it under one of my bushes, burning the leaves and causing a fire hazard and refused to move it back. Then lied about it and said they didn't move it. Cut half of my prettiest bush in half. Everywhere they dug their holes, I found cracks in the retaining wall for the flowerbed and now I'm told my sewer pipe is cracked (right next to one of their holes!)
After I talked to Lizzette at the company, I was assured that they would come back the next day to fill a Crack and replace the ac. They never came, never answered/returned my calls/texts and then put a lien on my house because I told them I would NOT sign off and complete my final payment until the job was completed. Now I'm finding out that the door that was sticking (that the foundation repair was supposed to fix!) NOW STICKS WORSE and I have all this damage!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is my second time using this company. In particular, Chris Tovar… He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He spent so many hours preparing different proposals and guiding me on what to expect during and after the project. His advice saved me thousands. I’m not joking. Call Chris, you won’t regret it.

I was worried about needing foundation repair so I reached out to Smart Home Repair to get an inspection and a quote expecting the worst. Chad was knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand it easily. In the end he said I might not need their services currently and to check back in six months if the issue continues to worsen. Definitely recommend based on their honesty.

Smart Foundation Repair did an absolutely wonderful job on my foundation. They arrived on time, efficiently dug and installed new piers, removed and then replaced all my landscaping and cleaned up everything when they were finished. At the end of the day, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. It’s so nice to have doors that don’t stick! Kudos to Andy, his crew, Cory, and Melina. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair.
