Horrible horrible customer service got mad because I wouldn’t buy a new furnace through their company so they reported there were no issues after telling me there was a gas leak. If they don’t get what they want, they’ll cuss you Through text messages, then threaten to call the police that you’re harassing them when you try to Issue. Stay far away. And you will notice the nice reply back from the “owner of the company“ but being as he is the one that sent me the text messages Cursing me out, calling me a liar and everything else His reply to this review means nothing.

Awesome guy we meet today as we fundraised for our company he stopped through each group and donated to each team, guys like this deserve a round of applause, so can only imagine the care this company takes when dealing with clientele.

They installed my new AC unit and there was a slight hiccup in the process due to an electrical breaker but not the installation, all issues were resolved. I am happy with their service and will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Mike did a wonderful job on my HVAC system. He got the heater to work, he explained the problem, and also showed me what else should be fixed in the near future.

Michael came and checked my ac unit and even though it couldn't be fixed today he was so sweet and explained to me what the next steps are needing to be! Definitely was a great experience!

Michael came out to my house and arrived just on time with his friendly manner. He gave me an option on replacement with an excellent price and guarantee. He told me he could install everything tomorrow, but I had to tell him to wait until Monday because I just got out of the hospital. I am looking so forward to a new a/c unit and cooler house.

Michael from On Point Heating and Air was wonderful to work with. He notified me with an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He was able to fix our problem quickly and explain everything as well. He even wore shoe covers inside my house, which I thought was above and beyond. I would highly recommend him and will be doing business there again.

This team is absolutely amazing! From the time they came out to look at my heating issue to the time it got repaired, I have never has such a great experience before than I have with this team! 10/10 would recommend everytime!

On Point HVAC came out to my place on a Sunday morning for starters Bravo Zulu like we say in the military. The technician Michael was very courteous and knowledgeable. He interacted with me the entire time about everything with the repair. He had our unit back up and cooling in no time thank you so much Michael I will be referring On Point to everyone I know. On Point came out late in the day, treated my situation as an emergency and had my AC going same night. The crew did everything possible to get my system up and running in the dead of the heat. Mike with On Point Heating and Air is the best!! Originally he told me they didn’t work on Saturdays, but I needed a Saturday appointment. He said he would make an exception because it’s hot, so he came out on Saturday morning, on time, arriving at 7am. Once he arrived I explained the issue, and he was very honest. He told me my AC unit probably was not having issues. It’s the extreme heat that’s causing it to not cool like I like it during the day. It keeps it comfortable enough, but it’s not getting cold despite being set to a low temp. He mentioned the increase in temps in the past few weeks and asked was this a new issue….and it was. He told me he didn’t want you necessarily take my money, so monitor it for a few weeks and call him back if temps continue to rise despite it being set to a low temp. I really appreciated his honesty and not simply taking my money just to take it. I loved how professional and prompt he also was. I would definitely recommend him and use him for future service needs!

Michael is who serviced me and I must say he was very speedy with his timing and very helpful with ordering me the part that was needed. I called today and he came out right away to check things out despite it being the evening. I would definitely recommend him for any future services!

Showed up same day ahead of what we expected. We were so grateful, because it was at the end of the work day on the weekend. He could have made us wait but it didn’t. He was very professional, diagnosed the issue and repaired on the spot. We had A/C that very night. So thankful that we had someone with such professionalism , knowledge and compassion to take care of us promptly. Thank you so much Michael , you were a life saver !

After buying a new A/C August 29,2024. This company gives you a1 year warranty on service . After 6 weeks past the warranty come to find out our air conditioner stopped working due to the incorrect welding job that was done at the time if installation. This has caused the unit to shut down and leak freon . This company refuses to come out to repair the job that they did incorrectly . Not only do they refuse to come out they want to charge the full servicd fee plus a repair fee to fix the job that wasn't done right to begin with . We pleaded with them nicely for their help and we got laughed at. We had to pay for a professional company to check the unit and this is when we discovered the problem and immediately called On Point Heating and Air. We are now going to have to pay big money out of pocket to repair our a/c . This is no way to treat older people . Do not use this company. They are not honorable. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau along with other social media platforms.

If anyone knows me, you know that I love customer service and when it's exceptional I have to rave about it. I had a service call with On Point the other day and they sent out the most professional tech Michael Jensen. You can tell the moment he came through the door that he was going to be something different and he was. He was knowledgeable but what I like the most about him, he explained everything in detail and informed me of what I thought was going to be a costly expense, that it wasn't that. Honesty is this day an age is hard to come by but Mike did his thing and was in and out so quick that it was like he was never here. But the coolness in my house truly showed that he was. If you need work done to your A/C definitely call On Point Heating & Air and request Mr. Michael Jensen. Thanks Mike my family truly appreciates you.

On Point are excellent HVAC specialists and real community members. They provided and installed a completely new air handler unit for an elderly brother in significant financial need in our community completely for free. That is true commitment to their customers, neighbors and communities they serve. Special shoutout to Michael Jensen for making that happen without being asked.
