After the winter storm Darren saved me from a leak and welded some pipes back together. He works quickly and while he was there he helped me mount a tv, hung shelves, and looked at my sprinklers and got them checked out and repaired! I’m so thankful to have found a handy man that can do almost everything!!! Highly recommend!!

Darren is amazing! He has done so much work for me at an amazing price and he works quickly and gets a lot done really fast! In the past 2 years He has done pavers, concrete work, a pergola, deck, outdoor shower, full commercial drainage system with a sump pump, sprinkler repair, gutter cleaning, caulking, painting, new faucets n drywall, mounting a tv, fixed leaks, tree trimming, cleaned pool system, and he's about to do my air ducts!

I normally don’t leave business reviews but Juan and his crew do top notch work. Reliable and professional. Felt like I’ve lucked out in finding his business contact.

This tree company was excellent and professional. I had a very bad looking tree in my front yard leaning over my house to the point that my insurance company wanted to cancel I called them up and they got the job done. U would never know I had a tree in the front yard and the prices was on point I would definitely recommend.

This is JT with High Production Construction and Juan is my guy every time we have trees down or need to come down. He will
be there that day to cut it and grind. It will look like he was never there. I highly recommend this company.

Juan and his crew are fantastic at tree and stump removal. He shows up on time, keeps everything tidy and detailed, and prioritizes safety while working. I've hired Timberscapes twice so far, and I plan to reach out to them again when necessary.

I can already tell a difference in my yard just in the 3 months of using Emerald. Communication from not only the technicians but the back office is consistent so I am happy with that. Each technician has their own way of going about the yard, I could tell Marco wasn’t just there to check a box and go to the next house which can happen from time to time. Ask for Marco.

Detavious does fabulous work for Emerald Lawns. He is incredibly knowledgeable about insect infestation and damage all our plants and trees. Here’s also very fast and very polite. It’s a true joy to have Detavious visit out home!

Just started with this company but so far so good . Cecily came last week and was super friendly. Also did a great job . Addressed my concerns of being able to accommodate my scheduling for certain days .

Don't recommend. Been using for over a year but my weeds have never been worse. I'm out there every weekend pulling weeds. My lawn looked better when I used to service it myself. I call for a retreat for weeds and it takes them weeks to come. By then the weeds spread everywhere. Waste of money. Look elsewhere. I will be canceling with them.

Fast, friendly and communicates well with their customers. Austin did our lawn service today, and was helpful in answering a few questions I had about our lawn. Give these guys a shout if you're looking for lawn maintenance services!

Kyle was great was able to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also explained why the grass looked the way it looked, and what I would need to make changes. It’s very clear when someone loves his job.

The Emerson Lawn service has made a huge improvement in our St. Augustine lawn. The techs do a great job.

I strongly advise against using this company. My experience was frustrating from the moment I paid. The sales rep was persistent and responsive when trying to get me to schedule a service—whether recurring or one-time—but that urgency disappeared the moment I paid.

After weeks of back-and-forth just to get the service I initially paid for scheduled, I’ve now spent months trying to resolve a billing issue. Months after the first visit, a technician unexpectedly arrived, claiming I was due for a recurring service—one I never signed up for. He couldn’t tell me when I supposedly enrolled in the service or what the cost would be, and it became clear their field tech system isn’t even connected to their billing or scheduling systems.

I declined the service on the spot, but was still billed for it. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, two months later the charge is still not reversed and the invoice remains open. I’ve been told that only one person in the entire DFW area has access to their billing system—and he’s practically unreachable.

Bottom line: choose another company for your lawn care needs. The disorganization, lack of accountability, and total breakdown in communication make this company one to avoid. Save yourself the time and headache.
