Our lawn looks great and Jerrod cuts the height to our liking! Trimming is always beautiful and he cleans up very well. He even gets the grass growing in some of the side walk lines and house entry walk!
-
Norman always does a great job. He comes and goes without disturbance. He lets us know what service he provided. My front lawn is one of the prettiest in the neighborhood.

I called because my oak tree was distressed/dying. The ONLY thing I asked about was if my tree could be saved.
I expected someone to see the tree, give their opinion of what may be distressing it and what treatment may save it. I sent a photo of the tree via text and then another photo because the tree was rapidly withering. It was clear the tree was the only reason for my call.
A guy came to my house and started spraying the tree. I asked him what he thought was killing it. He said he didn't know. I asked if he thought it was aphids as the person I set up service with did. He responded if it's aphids he would have to spray the entire tree. No one looked at the tree, made opinion about tree or treated the cause.
The tree had a fungus that affects oak TREES - NO CHANCE OF RECOVERY. Even the soil around it is affected and I can only plant trees, shrubs that are resistent to the fungus.
I WONDER HOW LONG THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME to spray, inject soil, etc. for a DEAD TREE THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED TO STOP SPREADING OF FUNGUS.
The guy who set up service with me also asked when I last did a weed/feed of my lawn. I told him I was about to do one. He suggested and I agreed to have Emerald do a weed/feed at that time.
He also asked if I wanted my lawn treated for pests, as well as, a specific flea and tick - I agreed.
Yard still full of weeds. I was first told that I needed to wait 10 days and I would begin to see the weeds dying. The weeds did not begin dying and new weeds continued to sprout and grow. I was then told that new weeds would continue to grow until they sprayed a pre-emergent herbicide. He further explained that I would need to continue through their year program for it to be effective.
I WANTED TO SAVE MY TREE.
I agreed to weed/feed with results - not continual contract inorder to see results. I've taken care of my lawn for many, many years and never had the amount of weeds in my yard that I was encouraged to let grow in order to see result.
I paid less to find out the tree was killed by a fungus and have the tree removed than I paid Emerald. I didn't receive benefit from Emerald. If they couldn't help with dying trees they should have told me instead of taking my money and continually explaining why was wasn't seeing any results from their "treatments." -
Jerrod did a great job and addressed all our needs. I hope we get him on our next service.

Jeremy was most courteous and professional… He serviced the lawn quickly and efficiently. Great job, Great employee!
-
Careful with this company. They sent a technician who did not apply the treatment and then they sent an email saying the lawn has been serviced. Glad I have outside cameras as proof. I regret signing up with them.

Emerald Lawns recommended that we level out our lawn using sand. The application was done in just about two hours and we have to see how it progresses overtime. It certainly leveled out now and they gave me some good advice on how to water it to make sure that the grass continues to grow quickly and through the sand, I will have to come back and update this review in a couple months so we can see what the outcome of it is

I have spoken with their customer service on a few occasions about calling 24 hours prior to coming out, they use to do this. Each time I’ve called they say we will make a note of it, hasn’t happened. Can’t rate service or what was done when an invoice isn’t left to see what was actually done. When this was a smaller company things were great. You could call directly and speak to someone. Now that they have gotten a lot larger I guess it’s like everything else it’s about all mighty dollar. Not that it will matter to this company but it maybe time to start looking at other options

Xavier did a great job on our lawn service today! We are an original customer of NutraGreen and were concerned about the continuing great service when they merged with Emerald Lawns. Emerald Lawns has proven to be a very ethical and professional company, equally outstanding in the quality of their product and service. In particular, Jamie and Charles have been truly wonderful helping us with any concerns and issues!! 5 stars for them as well!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The guys were very professional and respectful! No worries or complaints! They did an exceptional job! They took great care with putting up the Christmas lights. I have no reservations recommending them.

Isi, Tay, and Juan applied top dressing to my yard today. They were courteous, professional, overall wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Five stars are not enough for this team!

Extremely poor billing practices and unacceptable customer service.
I received a credit bureau notification for an alleged unpaid balance that I was never notified about—not once. No 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day notice. Nothing.
When I called Emerald Lawns, they admitted they recently changed their billing system and can’t clearly see what’s been paid or not paid. Yet they still reported the account to TransUnion.
I spent 47+ minutes on the phone, was cold-transferred between departments, and was told the finance department is email-only and unreachable by phone. They also cannot provide a full account reconciliation.
This is not how a professional company operates. If you value transparency, accurate billing, and your credit, I would not recommend using Emerald Lawns. -
I've used Emerald Lawn for five years and have always been happy with their service. A special thanks to Xavier for listening to my concerns and taking care of them during today's visit. Great customer service!

This is not something I wanted to post. However, people need to be very, very careful with this company. I had them install Chrismas lights. I paid $3600. Of which I normally pay around $1500. This is on the higher end for what I wanted this year. The sales person Robert Quinn was very nice and personable. The crew that came out to install the first time were also very respectful and nice. I planned on being home during Install. I could not be there. Now, this is the avoid this company clause. The job was not finished per agreement. No biggie. I called and arranged for them to come out and finish. The second crew showed up and was not respectful or nice. They did a very poor job with what was left to them. I sent them pics of what was agreed on. They sent a Pic and said "no". Upon arriving home, it looked like they didn't even try and just threw the lights up, that they missed. It looked like a four year did it. When telling them it was a poor job and lights needed to be fixed avd resecure. They replied that I should have used mini lights when gluing to vertical surfaces. I've had lights attached to garage and windows for years. No issue. My whole neighborhood does this and other companies don't struggle with this. This company can't figure out how to do the simplest of lights on a vertical surface. This Company "emerald lawns" won't make it right. Why? The communication is literally "none" or deflecting back at me. These guys are priced at higher end without being a high end installation. They don't follow up and they'll ignore you over their shotty work. Lights that they glued are falling off as well. The downstairs windows we're crooked and falling off. I told the company if they can't fix correctly then take them off. Instead of correcting it the right way. They took the easy route and removed them. I've asked for a refund on downstairs windows. They're charging $200 per window. I've heard nothing from them. No communication. Personally, I wouldn't bother with these guys. Overpriced and sell what they can't do and won't fix. I love Christmas and Christmas lights. I'm in the process of fixing them myself. At my own cost and time.

Today Cody came and did a great job servicing my lawn. It is my first treatment from Emerald and I am eager to see the results by the end of this year.
-
Xavier and his assistant are professional and knowledgeable articulating what and why they were doing today's visit. I appreciate their courtesy and patience answering with my 20 questions. My training as an attorney helps me separate the legitimate from the imposters.
These two are legit.
Good guys. -
Xavier did a great job! I have pups who are anxious and he made sure to notify me before treating the lawn both front and back. PLUS, our lawn is on the mend!!! We have tried everything to get the dirt patches green 😭. Amazing results after only two treatments. Emerald Lawn definitely knows what they're doing! Excited for what's to come!

Its a good landfill. I'm still not sure why you charge residents to get rid of shrubbery when you recycle and sell it. I appreciate the two free trips but my truck usually requires 3-4 trips in the spring. I say free for non commercial
-
Short line, amazing service. The guy at the convenience center actually helped me unload my truck. He was super nice and even gave my kids and me I've cold water. Best experience there 4 real.
-
Great place, easy access. Befriended a kind worker named Curtis who went above and beyond to help me, talk a bit, and had the best smile. And the coldest bottled water to offer!

Pretty much a landfill come dump your stuff everyone!
