Trespasser. Subdivision is posted for no solicitation, and my home has a specific No Trespassing sign. Despite that, this individual trespassed by entered my property and leaving their business flyer stuffed in my door. Do not trust any supposed contractor who employs individuals to break the law.

Well it was ok. The receptionist was very pleasant.

These folks really get Light gauge steel manufacturing and building design. Their hospitality was great and they took time to educate us on the pros and cons of wood vs steel.
They also manufacture Post Tension foundation cables!
Look forward to working with them.

I waited six months to get payment. Even after he agreed to pay, he made up other excuses, and delayed me further three weeks. I found his organization to be vindictive, sarcastic, and extremely unprofessional.
The bottom line is he did pay after I took legal action and pulled in his client and the landlord of the building. At that point he had no choice.
Do not get involved with this contractor. He is simply dishonest.
