The work may be good but the service from Andrea is beyond terrible. She has an extreme attitude that has a reluctancy to communicate. We simply asked for an estimated time for our appointment that was set a week ago. We contacted Andrea on the appointment day to get a ruff idea time of arrival. She would only provide that they would call 30 minutes prior to coming. After asking if she would contact the individual providing the work to determine where we fell in line of his task, she refused to contact the individual to even get an idea of his route to determine an estimated time window. This service causes working class people to take off work with the unknown of a time frame. After getting our builder involved in a conference call with Andrea, only then we received clarity of an estimated time of 2pm-4pm. In which I didn’t need to miss an entire day of work if Andrea would have just communicated when asked, as to playing hard ball for no reason and being discriminative.
Her attempts to talk to clients/potential clients as if she is talking to her own kids is a poor reflection of her service skills and character. What’s the point of setting an appointment if you have no time window of expectancy. Simple communication is all we asked and all could have been avoided. Proceed with caution.

The landscapes dont cut my grass but neighbors on Both sides but do not stay on property line and cuts grass to lowest point causing money to die as well and become very uneven. Have asked multiple times to stay on line but every week same issue

Contractor did not finish the job properly and did not respond to multiple calls and email attempts. Make sure you don’t pay until the job is done.

Sprinkler valve manufacturer admits their product is faulty and Scott at Custom Irrigation decides he will not cover the valve under waranty. BEWARE of Apollo valves. System is 6 months old.

Scott and his team did a fantastic job! We utilized them to correct a drainage issue, add a rock bed and add some pavers to our yard. They did an amazing job. The crew left the work area clean and made sure that the completed project was exactly what we wanted. I will use them in future for any landscaping needs.
