I had a warrantied Samsung 55" TV that had motherboard problems. Kent took the bull by the horns and was very prompt and efficient in handling the problem. He TOTALLY took care of the problem from start to finish. His support staff were on the ball as well. His team had me up and running with a new motherboard in a few days. I could not be more pleased. THANKS!

Microwave quit. Warranty was still good they accepted it and repaired it in a very courteous and professional manner. They kept me up to date throughout the process!
