Called to get my dishwasher repaired and the technician fixed it but broke my new kitchen cabinet as he pulled out the dishwasher and he cut himself and left blood in my sink and my kitchen towels. I have called to get my cabinet repaired but Manager doesn't return my calls. I will not be calling again for repairs.

I have an appliance that they are able to fix but because of political views would not even deal with me. I got to hear the "why" we don't deal with Dish and Samsung and I still have two kids and no working refrigerator. I hate it if the story he was telling me is true that Dish took jobs away but you just lost even more customers because I will now not refer you to anyone and suggest others find somewhere else to go.

They went above and beyond in a time when customer service seems to disappearing. Everyone is super easy to work with and my freezer was fixed quickly! I will definitely be using them again :)

Technician has came it 3 times and can’t fix the issue with a refrigerator. Office staff is bad with communication, wont return calls, won’t order parts until a week after they should have been ordered. Awful experience.

For the 3d time NOT BEING A CHARM . And blowing an outlet and not claiming the responsibility..oh that's priceless! We heard the same story as those previous reviews and NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR AN ELECTRICAIN. it appears that the technician is collateral damage on the tenacity of those in charge. .

I have used these guys 3 times in the past 4 yrs. They have done an OUTSTANDING job ea time. In fact, for my repair today, I chose them over other contractors in the area bc I knew they would do a great job & trusted them NOT to up charge me! I will definitely call them again for my next TV or Appliance repair.

First would like to point out the courteous nature of this company if by far the best I have received. I initially had called Samsung when my washer went out to get warranty to fix it and they scheduled Advanced Electronics to repair it on the 26th of November. I picked up the phone and called Advanced Electronics. When they answered I told them the situation and they inquired about what codes I was seeing on the unit, within minutes they saw they had the part in stock and could schedule me in that day. The technician arrive with a pleasant smile on his face and completed the work in a timely manner. I will refer all friends and family to Advanced Electronics from now on. Thank you

Had to get my TV fixed and this is the company that was picked through my warranty. The tech that came to my house was Chris Reyna, he was very professional and courtesy, the work he did was very speedy and everything was explained to me as it was being done. I will definitely recommend this repair place to everyone.

I could not have asked for more when it came to both their service of the TV as well as their customer service. I have an LG that had a bad panel. After talking to LG's customer service, I was told to call a local electronic store. I called Advanced Electronics and the whole process glided along smoothly from there.

I talked to the famous Kent when I called, he answered all of my questions both about my TV and the process of the warranty. I took my TV in the next day and they were expecting me. They took a look at it and got me squared away. The next time I heard from them was when they called to tell me my TV was ready. I picked it up and everything works wonderfully.

I would use them again if the need arises and will recommend them to all my friends. One thing you should know, they (understandably) charge a 4% service charge on card transactions. I suggest you bring your checkbook so you can save some money.

We have GE appliances and they are an authorized service and repair tech company for GE. They also have serviced our Maytag washer. Rick Cole is our usual service provider but each technician that we have had service our appliances have been great. They are professional and knowledgeable about the appliances they service. They are one of the most ethical company's we have ever dealt with. We live in Amarillo and they do service calls here as well.

Chris repaired my TV at the speed of light, literally in and out in less than 10 minutes, great customer service and communication, GREAT JOB!

My 65 inch LG TV had lost it's picture. I went up to their shop to inquire about repairs. Their in-house tech took the time to explain all my options and possibilities and made sure that all my questions were answered. Chris was the tech that came out to my house. Not only was he a few minutes early, he even sent me a text message letting me know that he was on his way. Chris looked at my unit very closely before giving me his professional opinion. He also explained in great detail for his opinion. When he was done I felt most confident in my decision on the next step for my tv. To round off I did have several conversations with the inside front desk associate. She as well took the time to answer my questions. This company is the whole ball of wax. Every department display a high level of professionalism and they take real good care of their customers. Thank you everyone at Advance Electronics. And I will be a repeat customer. I recommend this place for all of your TV or appliance repairs. I had a smoky black section on my Big Screen Samsung TV. An another place told me I needed to buy a new TV. I took it to these folks and the had it repaired in about two weeks. The picture looks better than it did before I had the issue. The customer service, knowledge and communication was excellent. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

Terrible customer service - terrible appointment times - this company is a JOKE and shouldn’t be booking appointments out weeks at a time to repair stuff. Do not recommend them for ANYTHING.

Brandon did an amazing fast job. After so much trouble with getting through warrenty with fridgeair. They worked hard to be able to get us on the schedule fast.
