Everything is nice so far. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Hope to get the salt service and salt free service too. Life with water conditioning is not interrupting for two people. We just had to get a new gas water heater when our old one ruptured after 17.5 years. I appreciate the couple of visits I got free of charge for advice or puc filters. Redbird Water has been very considerate to us newbies in explaining the whole process of water conditioning and at the same time being economical for families and seniors.

When we decided to get a water softener, Russell Johnson was our first and only call. Russell and Redbird Water owner Jennifer Byrd were at our door within a few hours to test the water and discuss options with us. We have very little space and they suggested a compact (Hague Maximizer) softener and under-sink RO unit. Our install presented several challenges but Logan faced them head-on and completed the job in good time.

Absolutely positive experience! Many of us assume that the way of life is to drink water from plastic bottles or rely on the public utility to provide reasonably safe drinking water. The Water Girl helped me find publicly available data about contaminants in our local water utility and recommended a whole house filter and softener as well as under-the-sink reverse osmosis system. Now we drink water that tastes like water (and not like plastic or chlorine), and we feel confident about the water that runs through our pipes and appliances. Best advice and investment, and a very positive learning experience. The Water Girl is knowledgeable and puts her customers first. If you want to invest in your clean water journey, I strongly recommend a consultation with her.

Having not purchased a water softener in several years, we began researching our options. A friend recommended reaching out to Jennifer at Redbird Water. Given their local presence and extensive expertise in water solutions specific to West Texas, we felt confident in our choice. We proceeded with the purchase of the WaterMax conditioner, and the Redbird team efficiently completed the installation within a couple of days. From the moment it was installed, we realized we should have made this investment sooner. If you’re starting to see a calcium film on tiles and appliances, Redbird will take care of you.

Redbird Water is amazing. Have always lived in areas where water softener must be installed because of hard water. Never has anyone explained how and why. The owner, Jennifer tested my water. Tested reverse osmosis. Climbed up and crawled in my attic. She is brilliant. Cares so much about customer service. Which doesn’t exist anymore! HIGHLY recommend Redbird.

Redbird is awesome. Jennifer, the owner, came over and gave us a demonstration and really educated us on water, in general, and Lubbock water, specifically. We even were lucky enough to get same day installation. As someone that has never owned a water softener, I was worried about the “slimy feel” some people say happens when bathing with soft water, but with Redbird’s system and knowledge setting it up, my first shower was great and now I’m a big advocate. Eddie, our installer, was great also. This is a great company with great people.

Great customer service. Russ did a great job in testing our water and showing just how gross the water is here in Lubbock. The guys that did the installation were very professional. We are super happy with our RO system and water softener.

RedBird Water is legit! Great tasting RO system with an actual tap instead of pushing a Bluetooth button. Technicians were great to work with! Quality craftsmanship made the switch easy.

Jennifer and her team at Redbird Water are great! We built a new house on a well and she was the only one of the 4 quotes that we got who tested the water without request and explained at length what the results meant. She literally spent an hour on the phone with me a week later explaining everything because I am such a detail oriented guy. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive but they really care about you and the water that you drink!! Of the businesses that I checked out, my opinion is that they are the only choice for your water needs!!

I’ve never really like RO water systems, the taste is never the best. But, this is honestly the best tasting water and I’m so thankful we found an excellent local business to support!

Redbird Water did an excellent job installing our softener & RO systems. We started renting from them in early 2024 and decided to purchase the system during their Black Friday sale. Our water tastes great and we love knowing it’s CLEAN! The whole home water softener makes such a difference on our clothing, in our appliances, hair, etc. Our home was built with 2 manifolds and Jennifer “the water girl” came out and figured out a solution so we could get our cold water on the softener too. They’ve been so polite (hand written thank you note, Christmas card, etc.,) and have done such a great job. We highly recommend them!

One of the best investments I have ever made for my family and home. David, the sales rep, was very nice and informative. Logan, the installer, was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions during the installation. The only thing I would caution others about is their financing options and down payment, which can be misleading when presented. The softener and RO system are wonderful and definitely worth it.

Redbird offers true red carpet service for their customers and was committed to my installation success, even when faced with unanticipated complexities for the solution.
