I've never had so much fun working with a company to come do work at our home. David was enjoyable to speak with and explained to me the results of our water test in such an easy way to understand. His energy is infectious and he's not trying to sell you, he tries to educate you and let you decide what's best for you. They helped us problem solve where the water softener could go and the installation guys even came over to confirm. Everyone was so kind and respectful. I would recommend Redbird for the kindness of the people that work there. From the water test consultation to installation was less than a week.

At a time when good customer service seems to be a lost art for some, Jennifer and her team are the epitome of great customer service. If you are looking for a water softener system Redbird Water is the place to go. They provide clear communication, fair prices, and a quality product.

Recently we purchased a water softener system for our house from another company. Once we received the water softener via FedEx, we didn't know whom to contact to have it installed. We contacted the company that we had purchased our water softener from, and they had given us some options on installers in our local area. We had used some of those companies in the past in which they were rather overpriced, so we decided on Redbird Water to install our water softener. We were not disappointed at all throughout our experience with them. In under 5 minutes of making a request online we had a text from Jennifer and Jonathan. Within 30 minutes we had an installation appointment set and scheduled along with a set price for the installation. The installer was at our house first thing in the morning. Other companies out there give you a 4-hour window when their installers will be there. She gave us a 2-hour window which was awesome because I could schedule that time off with my work. Eddie worked very proficiently and has great attention to detail along with great analytical problem-solving skills due to the manifold that he had to tie into. After he finished his install, he gave us a quick rundown of the system even though it was not the system they normally install. The install took roughly an hour and a half. After the install Jennifer keep in contact with us and was there if we had any questions or issues. Thank you, Jennifer, Jonathan and Eddie. We will be using Redbird Water for all our plumbing needs.
