Repipe Solutions did a great job repiping our rent house in Pasadena. They worked around our tenants and the tenants said they were very clean and respectful to their home. There drywall repair guys also did a magical job and you can’t even tell they were there. We will be using them for our other houses.

The Repipe company uses efficiency plumbing with quality results and beyond reasonable pricing very pleased with the work they have done would highly recommend to family and friends definitely will be calling them if needed in the future!!!

I closed on my home Dec 20, 2025 and they came in a did a full Repipe on the 21st. 4 bedroom house and 2 bathrooms. Their team was fast, professional, and did stellar work. They repaired drywall and painted on the 22nd. My home was left clean and the drywall and paint repair made my home look amazing and ready to move in! Given it was so close to Christmas they really made a miracle happen for us. It has now been a little over a year since they did the Repipe in our home and everything is still perfect and we are truly grateful for their ALL-STAR team. Their price was also the most affordable I found, so thank you again!

I rate them zero stars, they came out to do a job for me, took 1 hour & charged $450, I spoke w the owner, he kept trying to justify the charge, I have been a business owner for 19 yrs now, he had 1 guy seal the toilet ring, he came by in the morning to assess, 15 min, then came back that afternoon, my daughter said the tech was in & out in less then 30 min, PRICE GOUGING, I truly wish I would have took the time to read there reviews before I called, people read these reviews, they do reflect this business, dont waste your time or money.

This company continues to be completely unorganized. Called Wed, they said they'd schedule someone for Friday and would call to confirm. Friday came, no one called or showed, I called and they said no one was available & would I like to book Mon or Tuesday. Booked for Monday and lo and behold no one showed up and no one called. Turns out the guy is off today. They have zero respect for their customers. Do not waste your time.

They did work on my home to repair a leak, but cannot provide a copy of the paperwork to support their work needed for the city water company to do a leak adjustment. I have requested it weekly for two months and have not received any documents yet. Decent plumbers, terrible office staff and organization.

I have had iPlumb do major work (digging up and replacing 80 feet of pipe) and not so major work (replacing toilets) and both times I was so impressed by their professionalism and quality. They worked efficiently to get the jobs done and I would 100% recommend them!

We called iPlumb to help us with a tankless water heater. We had isolated the water to the unit before calling them out. After they assessed the unit they left the water lines to the unit open and flooded my attic. After this they were unresponsive, took over a week to get a one line estimate and have not responded to my request to break out parts and labor.

We have had to shut off the water to this part of the house for almost 2 weeks.

People make mistakes and I wanted to give them the chance to make things right, but iPlumb chose to go non-responsive. Terrible experience. Stay away.
