Matthew was a handyman for my property, the work he did had to constantly be fixed or rechecked but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He fixed the toilet and broke the tank lid, two months later he has failed to replace it or offer a remedy for it. Ignores my calls and text. If you need something done cheap, but not correct, this is your man.

Garbage disposal stopped working. Called several plumbers in the Houston area. I cross-referenced Google, NextDoor, and Reddit for the best recommendations. I called probably 7 places total after looking through dozens of recommendations.

Mac Plumbing answered immediately (7am Monday morning), was able to be at my house in 2 hours, and was extremely reasonably priced for the consult compared to the competitors. He was able to fix my garbage disposal easily without trying to upcharge me.

After this experience, Mac Plumbing will be my go-to plumber from here on out. No BS, no upselling, received great customer service and fast responsiveness.

Mac plumbing is the best in town as far as we’re concerned. First starting using them after the big freeze and they were one of the few companies that weren’t gouging and taking advantage of the situation. Aaron came out promptly and fixed our issue at a very affordable rate. Since then we’ve called on them several times for a variety of issues and been very pleased. Quality and timely services. Aaron and his people are polite, knowledgeable, and exhibit excellent customer service. Cannot praise this company enough. Highly recommend, 10/10.

This company is a scam. The father and son run operate the business and they do a poor job of it. They will lie and lie again. They did not complete what we agreed upon and still wanted to charge us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Nicholson plumbing did a decent job but took too long to do the work. And charged for more hours than the job should have taken.
