At the initial contact we received detailed analysis of our situation and the proposed solution and cost (which was in line with our expectation). The work was done when promised (the next week) and in accord with our agreement and expectation -- with one small problem that was fixed within a couple of days and before we had to pay.

Despite the huge demand of emergency needs for other customers, Brent's accommodated us quickly for tree removal. Customer service both by phone with staff as well as in person with Darrell, was superior.

Brents Tree Service is the BEST there is! Their team came out on the same day that we called them, and helped Yesterday's Gone501c3. Our nonprofit is so blessed that they helped us, as we have over 7 acres of land that needed service. We will be a life-long customer of theirs and we hope that others know how amazing they are!

We've used Brent's Tree Service twice in the last few months. I highly recommend them. They did a great job and even extra little things (like moving plants, etc. to/from where they were working). Punctual, professional, and affordable.

The guys came on time, as usual, and removed dead branches (some very high up!) from my one huge pecan tree while simply raising the canopy on another. They followed my instructions to the tee and did a great clean-up job afterward for a fair price. That's why I always use Brent's - I'm a satisfied customer.

Very impressed with this company. Darryl came out, gave a very competitive and informative quote. His crew came out a couple days later and did an EXCEPTIONAL job of pruning and sealing our live and post oaks. They thoroughly picked up all cut limbs, branches and gave our trees the attention I’d hoped for. Highly recommended!

Edit: immediately received a message and call from the general manager. He was very apologetic and explained the situation - and how he was going to correct it. Offered to come out personally to give me a quote. He has definitely changed my mind, and earned my business. Looking forward to meeting with him and getting a quote for the work we need done.

Just called to schedule a quote and the man who answered the phone was your typical pushy salesman. Some salesmen are nice and funny - I don't mind it. I promise I am not a Karen. But this man was so pushy about needing to talk to the "decision maker" for several minutes while I tried to explain that it will be a joint decision and the home owner is out of town on a work trip. He had no desire to understand my point or work something out. Just was pushing that stupid basic "decision maker" sales tactic. So disappointing. Definitely going with a different company because of this. If you call - be prepared to talk to someone who is only interested in making a commission off you asap and not actually in helping you out. :(

Great job on our trees..stump grinds..and clean up was fantastic..received the best price out of 3 bids..these guys are HARD workers..the tall dead cedars are gone!! And opened up our HUGE oak tree which is beautiful now..
