I was barely acknowledged upon meeting the salesman when he came out for the estimate because I'm not the homeowner I guess. I'm a joint decision maker and am paying for half the job, not that it's anyone's business. The salesman gave us a lot of scare tactics about how most of our trees are dying, didn't write down any information about our job to communicate to the team, and gave us an estimate that was more than double than what we got from Good Guys. But honestly I wouldn't have written a review at all if Id been acknowledged like I mattered.

The crew was on time and worked their butts off all day! I have little over two acres and about 40 trees needing trimming and some removed. You don’t pay a penny until the job is done and to your satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Brent’s Tree Service.

Holy crap y'all this company rocks! Quick and painless to a T! My goodness! I did a bunch of work and got 5 freaking estimates for the work and this company was truly middle ground between all of them. I am so thankful for all the hard work and my god the difference is stunning! John MaCuk first came and gave an estimate in a timely manner and was respectful and quick going over everything. He also brought the companies insurance to the first meeting which was perfect because that was my main worry about the cheaper options. I would rather pay a smidge more for no worries at all then worry about if a company is up to date on their insurance or not! I highly recommend giving this company a chance when you need help! I got a quote 1 day ago and the next morning they cut down an entire tree and trimmed 4 others in a matter of hours! Like it took them from start to finish a little more than 3 hours! And then they raked and swept up pretty much everything they could! Like its as if they were never there in the first place but instead I have peace of mind and a big open front yard!

This company did a great job. I recommend them and will use them again. The gentleman who came out for the initial estimate was professional and created a clear plan to get the trees on my property in order, four in total. To be honest, I was a little concerned at first because the notes on the estimate weren’t completely clear. However, the very next day the crew showed up fully prepared with all the tools and equipment necessary to do the job. Contrary to my concerns, they did the job exactly as discussed when the estimate was created. The crew was efficient, professional, and I was impressed with how they worked. I interacted with them a bit, and they were courteous and respectful throughout. I also liked that they had good equipment — although not material, it gave me extra confidence in the quality of their work. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, and I love how my property looks now that the trees have been trimmed and shaped. I’m very satisfied with their work.

Tim did a great job on the large tree in our front yard. We had not had it professionally trimmed in over 8 years. When we first hired him to come out, the tree was still bare from winter. When it started filling out, Tim noticed that the weight of the leaves were causing some branches to drop low again, and he contacted me to offer to come back out and trim the drooping branches at no charge. Our tree looks great!

A windy storm overnight broke a few large branches almost completely off a large oak in our front yard. They were too large with breaks too high up for me to feel comfortable trying to remove myself.

Called Tim first thing that morning and he said he could swing by for a quick quote and to do the job if we agreed on the price right away. He showed up about 30 min later with a reasonable quote and took care of the job very quickly and professionally. Would recommend and use again if need be.

WHAT A RELIEF! I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had working with Integrity Tree Service! It's always nerve-wracking hiring a company to come work at your home - but from the quote to the service, they definitely lived up to their business name!

We hired Integrity to remove a tree that was draping over our roof and to trim our large magnolia tree. They maintained a very professional, diligent and safe operation throughout the 6 hour process. They made quick work of it and knocked it out of the park!

Integrity Tree Service was great to work with. They completed all of the agreed upon scope and removed some extra stumps too. The tree removal included three palm trees (one about 40' tall). The stumps were cut very close to the ground. Tim's team planned the job well and seemed to do everything very safe. I will definitely use Integrity Tree Service again in the future.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job. They did such a good job my neighbors were asking him to do their homes too. I called about 3 Tree Trimming companies and Tim was the only one to return my call. He was very professional, showed up on time and was very affordable. I hired Tim to clean up after the winter storms. We lost a lot of trees and branches on the property. He was very accommodating, professional, and always on time. I called Tim on a Friday afternoon and he made room in his schedule to come out that same day.That evening he provided me with a very reasonable, itemized proposal and we opted for roof clearing, removal of two brush piles, and the removal of a large, dead limb above our house.

We scheduled for services to happen the following Thursday at 8 am, and Tim and Juan arrived at 7:50. About an hour in, I tossed in one more request to have some additional wood removed from our property and they both took it in stride and without complaint.

All in all it took them about 4 hours from start to finish. They were both professional, courteous, and Tim checked in with me before doing anything we hadn't discussed previously. They removed all of the debris and left our drive way and yards looking better than when they started.

A business and owner that are prompt, communicative, and follow through 100% as promised are invaluable. We get cards on our door monthly from companies wanting a shot at our trees, but unfortunately for them, Integrity Tree Services will be our tree bosses from this point forward.

I have worked with Tim in the past and am so glad he has his own business now. I will always use him for all my tree needs.
He and Juan removed my plum tree ,as the February freeze we went through killed it . He also pruned the dead areas on my cypress trees.
Very professional. The work was done within an hour and it looks great. Clean up was more than expected.

Tim was excellent! He came out in person right away and provided a very fair quote. His quote was significantly cheaper than several other quotes. He was there to remove our dead trees the same week. He cleaned up the yard when he was done and was a super nice guy. Highly recommend!! I'd call him for any other tree service in the future.
