Fue genial trabajar con ellos. Buena comunicación. Aprecié los conceptos de diseño. En general, una gran experiencia con Jamie y su equipo.

Clayton and Grant are excellent at communicating with customers and will not overcharge you and admit if they made an error.

I am unsure sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I have had 2 roofs by PSN and have found the work to be excellent! They came recommended by a neighbor and they have always treated me with great services and a dry house!

These guys got here early, took off two layers of roofing, moved all my potted plants, cleaned everything up and made my roof look amazing! Thank you guys for the professional job and efficient work ethic!!

Someone on "next door" recommended Grant Haltom for handyman services. I called him Saturday to see if he was interested in a bigger residential job. He finally called back Tuesday, after i posted on "next door" that he never called back. He said he is "Property Solution Network" (PSN). I don't know if he owns PSN, works for them, or does side jobs. He explained that the weekends are family time and that he never does work on weekends. I respect that, so we set up a time for him to come give me an estimate: Wednesday at 3pm. It is now 4pm. No Grant and no call. If this is the type of service i can expect even before he gets the job, what will i get after i hire him? Nope. next....

These guys are good! Needed a new roof and new fence after the spring storms, and PSN delivered high quality work and customer service. I was worried this process was going to be a headache, but I didn’t have to do much since PSN took care of everything. Highly recommend.

I was trying to post a photo here for everyone to see their job, It seems google doesn't allow photos. But be aware of what they promise you and at the end they will make excuses for not making to the expected or discussed product/service.

We hired Property Solutions Network to replace our roofs and make repairs after a storm damaged one of our apartment communities. What a disaster it was to work with these guys. They had very poor oversight of the job - there were several changes in personnel and no communication with our onsite team about who was in charge. They even had a worker injured and he had to be taken away in an ambulance, but nobody knew who he was. I felt like they tried to do the job as quickly and cheaply as possible to increase their profit. I was lied to on multiple occasions and I sent emails to the owner Robert about all of my concerns, but he never once responded or addressed these concerns. I was constantly harassed about payment - I was called by several people numerous times a day - no respect of my time – and they would repeatedly show up at our office unannounced to try and collect money. Now that they have been paid in full, I call and get no answer and no response to emails. Absolutely no integrity, zero trust, and would never use this company again.

I highly recommend these guys as your roofers! I found Property Solution Network after submitting my request on Yelp for a roofing quote, Robert reached out to me for a free consultation. We also got other quotes since the roof shows its age and has signs of hail damage. But Robert stood out from the others. He is knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the process, including the insurance claim process. Later, we found out that he is the owner of the company and has prior experience as an insurance adjustor, which really helps with the overall process.
The insurance company actually denied coverage the first time they came out. Still, Robert made the adjuster come back for a second inspection, walked through things with them, and advocated with the insurance adjuster on my behalf.
On the day of the installation, the crew came around 7 AM and was done by 3 PM. The roof looks beautiful, and everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Special thanks to Robert for always staying on top of the ball and giving us a beautiful new roof. We will use PSN again for any roofing repairs and definitely refer them to my friends in the DFW area.

PSN did such an amazing job on my home. When life was falling apart, my home had water damage and they acted so fast and made life easier.

We had Property Solution Network come out after the most recent storms. They not only did a GREAT job but also thoroughly walked us through the entire process! From taking tons of pictures during their initial inspection and explaining each photo of the damages to meeting the adjuster and getting a new roof installed these guys are amazing! I will highly recommend Robert and Grant to my friends and neighbors!

Fantastic job! I called after the storms with a leak in my garage. They came to the house right away. Mason had his crew check thoroughly and I appreciated the honest work! Thankfully the leak was not from the roof damage and they repaired it same day! We will be using Mason and his crew again!

I believe I cannot find a better roof company as PSN in DFW area- I have already recommended PSN to all my friends, but that is not enough, I have to write the whole story here. First, The boss Robert is very good at dealing with insurance companies. You don’t need to worry about anything! My roof was replaced and the work was done very well according to the insurance company's requirement. Not only did they replace the roof, but they also repaired the leaking ceiling inside the house and repainted the interior walls.That is not all yet- Just about one month after my roof was replaced, my house was hit by a big fallen tree branch which was caused by a severe thunderstorm. You may know Texas’s weather for the recent years- Hail, thunderstorms are very common and frequent. How bad the luck I had! I have to ask Grant to give me an estimate about the new damage again. I believe it will be a big loss, maybe need report to insurance one more time. After Grant looked at that he said that PSN would send someone to repair it for me immediately, and it would be free of charge! Can you believe that? I almost felt that I heard it wrong-Is there still any contractors or roofing companies that could be so nice? It seems that my luck is not so bad.
During this time, Grant went abroad for a travel, but he still sent someone to repair my roof... and it was free.I am so thankful of Grant and PSN roof.
So it is not that difficult to replace your roof at all- just find the right contractors. Please consider PSN roof for your choice👍👍
-Dallas area has been hit frequently by hail and thunderstorms in recent years. Many people are troubled by replacing roof and have various bad experience. I highly recommend Property Solution Network for any major home repairs. This is the second time I’ve had them handle storm damage, and they were just as impressive as the first. Mason did an excellent job coordinating everything, and his attention to detail was outstanding. He was also incredibly accommodating, always willing to say "yes" to anything I asked. Every crew that came out was on time and left the work areas spotless. Hopefully, you won’t need major repairs, but if you do, you won’t be disappointed. You can thank me later!
