Do not recommend this company. They cannot even fix a roof leak they introduced and call them a roofing company. "Mason" seemed a nice until they got the job and couldn't do it properly. They ignored us with the leaking problem.

Great guys, honest, and effective.. they upgraded us for free, did all the billing, and estimating with USAA, and kept us legal and watertight.. this is the second time we worked with them.. I pray there won’t be another, but if we have another tornado or flood, or hail storm PSN is who I am calling!

Robert and the guys are truly the definition of professionalism in their industry. Communication and timelines were clear and the process was simple. I highly recommend them for your construction needs.

RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! They replaced my roof last year and since then it started leaking from vent. They came 6 or 7 times to apply silicone and couldn't fix it and later said my warranty is void because I did not refer them to my friend. If you want professional service run away.

This company and its continuous harassing method doesn't deserve the single one star. For months I've asked for my contact to be taken out of their rotation, and they will not stop and call again asking for Nancy or any generic name- knowing that I have said plenty of times that I do not know any Nancy, I'll block the number, and the same agent will call back immediately after with a different number. I've started recording my calls to prove the harassment when I take legal actions.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and they came through quickly. They were professional, efficient, and got the job done right. I'd definitely call them again.

PSN was good to work with my contractor Clayton was a man of his word when he says he is going to do something he keeps his word. We had lightning strike fire and the remodeling came out great it was like walking in a new home. I really love my custom fire place and my white kitchen cabinets. They did a great job and I plan to call them for any future services. May God continue to bless this company.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Grant and Robert demonstrated unprofessional and unethical behavior throughout the entire process. Corners were cut, quality was poor, and they refused to correct their mistakes until legal action was mentioned.
They consistently avoid responsibility and rely on unqualified, low-cost crews to complete projects. After reviewing their online feedback, it’s also clear that many of the 5-star reviews appear to come from individuals connected to their office rather than real customers.
This is not a company built on honesty or craftsmanship — save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I had a great and very professional water restoration experience with PSN. My insurance company was giving me the run around, after a friend referred PSN, Grant and Clayton built an estimate and battled with my insurance to get coverage on all damages, once approved PSN and their team got my house put back together just in time for the holidays and it looks amazing!! I can’t wait to have my friends and family over for the holidays!

I highly highly recommend these guys. I wish I could give them seven stars! I had a tree fall on my house, It broke my hot water heater vent, causing rain to pouring through the roof along with breaking my freshwater line running to the hot water heater. Not only did they send out a plumber to stop the bleeding, they sent on a roofer and closed up the roof, they used machines to extract all the water out of my house that had been running for six hours!!, and then they tore out all the drywall and insulation that was sopping, wet, and used other dehumidifiers and big fans to get the house dried out so we had no mold. They then met with my insurance company and made sure 100% Of the cleanup and dry out were paid for, and found more water damage beyond what was apparent to the naked eye, and they were relentless with the insurance company to make sure 100% of the reconstruction was paid for. I almost hired a Public Adjuster at the recommendation of my brother. After seeing the extraordinary Work by Grant and Clayton, I can say that I would have wasted 10% on a PA. I have dealt with a roofers, and plumbers and remodelers in the past, but I have never seen such a comprehensive crew of talented men who know all the ins and outs of insurance along with the science behind drying, and then to rebuild my house better than my initial builder. They not only did what they said they would, but they went above and beyond. Thank you, Property Solution Network! I honestly can’t even express my gratitude enough!
