Highly recommend! This locally owners father and son duo are fabulous! They can support large and small scale yard projects. Everything from sprinklers, lawn, planting, trimming, mulching, and retaining walls. Fair and competitive prices with great attention to detail.

Incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Anthony's landscaping team. We've worked on multiple projects together, and they consistently impress me with their punctuality and hard work, always getting things done when they say they will. Their honesty and commitment to looking out for my best interest set them apart, and their expertise keeps my house looking beautiful year-round. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and knowledgeable landscapers.

Nice honest guy who wants to help. He did not do what I was looking for, but sent me in the right direction on who the best guy to call was for my job. 8th place I called and this was the first guy who wanted to help me out even though he wasn’t going to make money off of me. Thanks man. Much appreciated!!!

Very poor customer service under the current management. No experienced assistance available and you are totally on your own when selecting plants and other products. Delivery service is very unreliable. Better prices and service at the all of the big box stores.

Never a small selection here. Prices are reasonable and always well stocked. Plants are much healthier then Lowe's or Home Depot and are larger in size.

I generally like the place but usually visit the 121 Plano location often. I decided to call the Custer/Plano location on Saturday 3/29 to inquire about an angel red pomegranate trees because the 121 location was out of them. For starters the young lady that answered the phone was a bit clueless and didn't really know what a pomegranate was. I asked her what was the largest size they sold and of course she had no clue but asked a gentleman in the background who blurted out "5 gallons". I asked how tall and again she asked the guy and he blurted out "about 7 ft tall" which was great for what I was looking for. I immediately got in my truck and headed over just to fine the 5 gallon poms were about 3ft tall. I went up from and asked the ast. manager Dina if the there were any larger poms than those that I had located and there wasn't. I went on to tell her that I has just phoned the location and was told that the location had angel red poms that were about 7 feet and she looking dazed said, "No those are the only ones." How frustrating to have your time wasted due to incompetent help.Generally a good manager would at least attempt to try and compensate or try to error correct but Dina appeared to be just as incompetent and simply manager"ed" up and said she would speak to the staff tomorrow which does nothing for me and the hour wasted. And for this I give Calloway's Plano/Custer a one start rating.
I decided to stop by my usually location/ 121 and picked up a 7' 6.5 gallon Fuyu persimmon and was treated with 5 star respect.

Rude employee.
I ushualy shop at a different Calloways location. Today my girlfriend and I stopped while driving someplace else and when an employee saw us walking up he Ren and stood in the door to inform us that they would be closing in a few minutes and we would have to come back another day. Most stores let customers in until closing time. But rudely blocking the door and turning away business before closing is their prerogative. I will just take my buissiness elsewhere. -

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
They never have enough people to help with customers. Half of their plants have no price tags. You have to wait in line at the register to price check anything. Not to mention they have the highest prices in town. Do your research first. Almost every nursery in the metroplex has better product at lower prices!! -

Glad to see so many people realizing what's essential in growing their own food. All starts with good soil and compost then they have a big selection of vegetable seeds, vegetable plants, fruit tree's, citrus tree's, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and herbs. They also have all the necessary products (fertilizers, bug control, fungicides) to make your garden thrive. They even offer curbside!

I've been to this location a view time and I've been treated kindly. The only problem I see is that these plants can be a little bit more pricy compared to other places but this place is what closest to me or with shipping from other places I would pay just as much as if I shopped at Calloways. On Sunday 2/12/17 I bought a 4' pink lemonade blue berry tree and 1' raspberry shortcake tree and I asked the gentleman who worked here if I could grow one of my trees in a pot (I'm renting a house and I don't know if I'll continue to rent here after the lease is up) and was very friendly to me. I plan on going back today since I asked my boyfriend to biy me a fruit trees for Valentine's day.

I agreed some staffs are not friendly. I bought a lot of roses, trees and shrubs from Calloways in Lewisville, Arlington, Mansfield and Richardson. I almost went to Calloways every few weeks since I bought the house last year. I spent like a thousand for their plants within a year and I was happy with their qualities and services. But today I was very upset with the assistant manager there. It's first time I've been there. I wanted to exchange 2 red drift roses because it didn't bloom for 1 or 2 months and the leaves turned into yellow even I used Scott fertilizer and watered them 3 times a week as I was instructed. The other 12 red drift roses in the same flower bed are still doing good. I was not mad because I understand it can happen sometimes. I am in the good mood and went there with my husband and requested to exchange them. Then I went to the back and didn't find any pot that is blooming so I requested to return instead so that I can go the one in Richardson/Lewisville ones to see if they have any. I was polite when asking because I work with the customers everyday so I always treat people the way I want them to treat me. Everything was going ok. I swiped the card and got the new receipt for the money back. Then I didn't see the original receipt so I asked him Can I get the original receipt please. Because it's normal to get the original receipt back at any store. Besides that I thought I might have the other items on that so I wanted to get the receipt. But the assistant manager rolled the eyes and raised his voice and said you re done you cannot get it back. I was surprised because I think I am not asking for something unreasonable. And I asked why he still raised his voice and stared at me with his big openning eyes and said the transaction is completed you cannot get it back. Then my husband jumped in because he saw him talking so rude to me and asked to see the receipt one more time. He showed it and we saw only 2 red drift roses on that. We said ok and still said thank to him. Then we got out of there and went to the Richardson one to get the better ones. They treated me much better. I undertand the Calloways services are not bad, just only 1 staff may not like me. But he ruined my day and my mood for the rest of the day.

I decided to try my hand at a little herb garden at my apartment. At the checkout, an employee gave me some pro tips to get some larger pots so my plants wouldn't die. Now I've got basil, mint, sage, and tomatoes growing strong. Employees that are knowledgeable and care are invaluable.

This is a really nice nursery. With talented, educated people that know quite a bit about horticulture. If you have issues with plants in your yard this is the place to go in order to ask questions and get the assistance you need.

Previous experience at a different Calloway's location left me feeling anxious and overwhelmed about ever shopping at any Calloway's again. However, Michael, the nursery manager, @ Plano location was extremely helpful and patient during my shopping today. He provided thorough education and answered all of my questions. I plan to return in the near future!
