Went to this nursery yesterday for the first time and felt like plant lover’s paradise! They have very good selections of rare plants , overall they have wide varieties to choose from , honestly I was so stupid to buy from mainstream stores like Home Depot , Lowe’s etc till now . Price is reasonable too. I would recommend this nursery to everyone .

I am very impressed with this location. The assortment of gorgeous plants and pots is surprisingly expansive. Everything looked healthy and vivacious, and neatly organized. But the employees at this store are top notch from the couple of times I've been here. There is one guy who particularly made my visits great. Sadly I didn't catch his name. Tall guy, seems like maybe a manager or supervisor. Afternoon, Sunday, 11/20/22.
His warm, friendly demeanor and above and beyond service makes this my favorite nursery.

4-star rating primarily because of the little things, like the location and ease of parking, and the more important ones, like the variety and quality of plants.
Minus 1 star for minimal customer engagement (it is better to have researched possible options before going there) and a slightly high price.
Overall, it is a good place.

I love all Calloways locations! This one especially! Since it is close to home. They offer a better variety of flowers for my garden. And employees are always helpful! And if one particular person doesn’t know the answer to a question they ask someone who does. My number one choice!!

Great place. Thier selection of pumpkins is incomparable. And the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love working with the people at Calloways. I needed a plant for my daughter’s birthday and Donna helped me pick out this beautiful ZZ plant and vase which is awesome. She even offered to drop it off for me as I live in Houston. Great customer service at Calloway’s. I will always shop there when I’m in Plano

Go to a different Calloway’s. They have a sloped parking lot here. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had plants tip over trying to roll the cart out to my car. It does not look super sloped, but I promise you it will be very sloped when you have plants in your cart

This place is AMAZING! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and even offered to find what I was looking for at another location. The gentleman helping me had some creative gift suggestions and didn't hover over me. It's such a beautiful place to walk around. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. So many smiling faces.

This is the best plant nursery I’ve ever been to and this is coming from someone who has been to a handful of nurseries in the Houston and Austin area over the years. The staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. The quality of everything from the plants to the pots and soil is top notch. I’d like to give a round of applause to the pricing of their plants as well as their selection! It’s quite affordable which I find awesome because you can find varietals of plants you already have and it doesn’t break the bank for being of an “exotic” variety. I love this place and will be coming here for all my plant needs from now on!🙌🏽

They are always so friendly and helpful. Quality of the plants is much better than the big box orange and blue stores. Their prices are good too. Clif, the manager remembered me today after at least a year.

We had my favorite pot break in a storm. I called the location in Richardson and asked if I could send a pic of the pot to see if they had a replacement. They told me I could bring the picture in and they would help me look for it… not helpful. I called another location and asked if I could email them a pic to see if they had the pot and was told for security reasons they couldn’t give out an email address… (they have my phone number name and address in their system mind you) not helpful.

Then I call this Plano location. Sher answered the phone. She was great! Listened to my problem and said I could text her the pic to her personal phone and she would look to see if they had the pit. I did and 20 seconds later she responded back with a pic of the pits I was looking for! This save me so much time and frustration from driving around to different locations. When I got there all the staff including Sher were very helpful with other purchases I made while I was there. I bought the pot but also spent an additional 400$. That was a sale missed by the other locations.

If I could give extra stars I would because they are the best Lawncare service I have had since I have been here in eagle pass Texas and I really appreciate the help that I received from Hector ( he did a fantastic job) and it amazed me how well they take this Texas heat Hot weather ( especially now that it’s closer to the summer months)! He works hard. And does a great job!!

Javier and Sheila came and trimmed a tree in our front yard and did a really good job.

We really love how they acquiesced to any last minute inputs we had their we some trees that we were worried about hitting the roof, but they exemplified that they've been in this business for awhile because they used some ropes and it was cool how they guided them down.

I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

We were looking for an experienced landscaper to address some major concerns we had about our extensive flower beds and the berm around our pool. One company that we contacted really didn't listen to what our preferences were and came up with an unrecognizable plan. The second one wouldn't give us a plan without paying for it ahead of time and charging us even more if we wanted to make significant changes, whatever that means. A referral sent us to Kevin at Pro Cut Lawn Care and Landscape and we immediately knew that he was a professional that would listen to and work toward our vision of our project. What we didn't count on, and was impressed by, was his ability to integrate his vision with ours of what could become of our mess. And we felt even more confident in this company as Kevin worked alongside his crew to make it all happen. So now we have the "peaceful" setting perfectly fulfilling our request with the incredible beauty and changes that he envisioned. We are so happy that we didn't settle for a less experienced and attentive provider and relieved that his company will help us maintain the look.
