We've used Rodd Hanna for years. They've always been responsive and quickly resolved any issue we had. I highly recommend them.

I am dealing with an issue of Air Performance Heating & Air charging me for HVAC inspection service that they most likely didn't perform because the heater isn't working from first time turning it on since the service.

When I called to ask them to come back out and perform the HVAC inspection they said they would have to charge me another $95 service.

I gave them every opportunity to make this right with basic customer service and they refused.

BUYER BEWARE.

So 3 years later you are admitting that I paid for HVAC inspection service for the heater and paid for the drain pans to be installed but the HVAC inspection was never performed. Check the receipt!

Hi Adam. You originally called into our office to ask how much drain pans were, when I answered, you asked how much it was for heater maintenance but once our tech showed up, you just had him attach the drain pans that you had purchased from a supply house. Our tech didn't perform the maintenance because you didn't pay for maintenance. You paid to have drain pans attached. So when you called in about your heater issue, we were more than willing to come investigate for the service fee that you would've rightfully owed. I hope this helps. Thanks"

I stand by my original complaint.

I had a broken pipe that was causing water damage in my home, but this plumbing company was able to fix it quickly and prevent further damage.

Honest, quick and fair prices. The technician is great to work with and I recommend him for repairs.

I’ve been using this company for many years and they are always dependable and trust worthy. I feel like their prices are also reasonable.
