bad experience - warped boards, posts splitting only weeks after install. Poor customer support

Professional, on time, work completed with no problems. Recommended by neighbors, I recommend without hesitation.

No call no show upon agreed date. I called to see what they issues was and was quickly dismissed with a " I will call back to reschedule" resulting in a no call back.

Three years ago replaced fence around backyard - great work. Recently had Mandujanos fencing to come over for fence power wash and paint. Tobias Mandujano offers great quality for a fair price.

Had a 3pm appt for estimate. He shows up at 5:30pm. Ready to take measurements for estimate. Our appt was for 2 front side gates estimates. . Why did he go into my back yard looking at existing fence and bad mouthing the installment. I asked why he was 2+ hrs late? He smiles and state's that he has a lot of work. I told him to leave because of his attitude & not professional.

Tobias has rebuilt all three sides of our fence over the last decade. Prompt service and excellent work. All three times he has been done in a single day. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros - reasonable
Cons - not reliable. At first, the work seemed perfect! They were on time, finished in 1 day but about 3 weeks later, my gate started to stick. I reached out to the owner, and after multiple attempts, he finally responded. Long story short, took him about 3 months to finally get it fixed right (after I threaten to report him to the BBB. The communication process was very frustrating. Poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our neighbor decided to have a new fence installed around their entire yard. We share about 80' and split the cost on that section. Since the company seemed ok when we spoke to them, we asked for a quote to replace our gate as well. They quoted us $200 for it, which seemed high at the time. However we were out of town when the install occurred. When we returned they had already replaced the gate. We wanted to see how the rest of the work was before we went ahead with the gate, and once we saw the completed fence we knew we weren't going to use them for it...except they had already installed it without our approval.

Cheap wood, nails instead of screws, inconsistent spacing between posts, and overpriced. Find someone else, you'll be glad you did.

Very satisfied! Mandujanos Fencing replaced my fence within one day and did great work! Prices are reasonable and will hire them in the future for sure! Thank you! We love our fence! We are looking into a back deck now.

They were great to work with. Always showed up early and stayed til 7pm every day so that job could be finished on time. I always receive compliments on the fence by neighbors as well. I continue to refer Tobias and his crew to everyone looking for a fence Contractor.

Tobias Mandujano installed a small section of fence 5 years ago with a gate (old one was falling over). He threw in some brush removal too. Super quick, cleaned up. Fast forward to this year my neighbors and I got multiple quotes, and his was the best. He worked with all 3 of my neighbors to share the cost and did exactly what he promised in the quote on time, quality work 300 feet of fence and another gate. Like last time he threw in a few small things that I didn't have the time or patience to do. He did more than I expected at a very reasonable price. Looks really good. He also did some tree removal and trimming: snow storm killed 3 big trees. He got all 3 safely cut and removed at a great price. I will use them again probably to stain the fence and trim the trees. If he is late (like someone else mentioned) to your in person quote... don't worry, he'll make it worth the wait. He was on time for us and he and his crew worked all day every day until the job was done. Thanks Tobias! Have him tell you his chihuahua story.. it's something.

I have to give 5 stars for the incredible customer service I received from Mandujano’s Construction Company. They replaced my fence back in 2021. While they were working on a neighbor's fence in the cul-de-sac, I asked one of the crew members if he could take a look at my lock, which was giving me trouble. He agreed, remembered working on my fence, and told me when he finished the job. That same evening at 7 p.m., he returned to my house and fixed the handle on my door. I deeply appreciated this gesture, which went above and beyond expectations. Most companies would have charged a $50 service fee, but Mandujano’s did not. If you’re in the market for a high-quality fence, I highly recommend reaching out to them. Their exceptional service is a rare find these days.

Tobias and his team showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day into the night and did a fantastic job! They installed a deck around our hot tub and replaced the gate to our back yard all in one day! The price was very reasonable and the workmanship and materials top notch! They did a complete wood fence removal and installation. I was happy with the way it turned out, but within 2 months both gates required a lot of force to open and close. Now I am the only one in a family of 6 that can open and close the gates. I left multiple voicemails and text messages and no response. I expected them to stand behind their work for a $9k fence.
