Is it possible to fall in love with a landscaping company? Not one specific person, but the entire company itself! Let me tell you something, these people came to my home and treated every blade of grass with so much love and care that I couldn't believe it! It was like every employee was trained by the folks over at Chic fila! Look I've used other landscaping companies before but nothing compared to this! It was like a religious experience. IM PRETTY SURE I SAW JESUS HIMSELF INSTALLING A PALM TREE! (He might've pronounced it differently but I knew who he was) I was able to speak directly with the new owner, which is rare with these bigger companies and he GAURANTEED my satisfaction. Well let me tell you sir you kept your promise 10 fold! I'm on the way home RIGHT NOW and I'm gonna tell me wife that when I die don't let those chumps at the cemetery touch my area. Only CutRite is allowed to touch my PLOT!

My contract with another landscape company was sold to Cut Rite. I communicated and told them where I live. We scheduled and set up service date and time. When the date arrived, they were a no show and told me they could not service me because I lived to far! This was on the books for almost 2 weeks and it took me calling them to find out they could not service me. Very poor in my books.

Cutrite Landscaping is truly outstanding! The quality of work we received and the dedication their team provided to our job was incredible. For years, we have wanted to ‘renovate’ our front-yard landscaping, and we called Cutrite out to give us an estimate. Our project manager, Travis, had an endless patience with us as he helped us identify the vision for what our front yard could be. He tirelessly worked with us through the design and planning stages, and even oversaw the work as his team spent several days transforming our front yard into a beautiful masterpiece. In addition to planting all new plants in our existing beds, they created two new beds for plants, both of which required back-breaking hard-work to complete: digging up sod, placing over two hundred feet of 200 pound chop block borders, mortaring the blocks together, filling the beds with river-rock and mulch, and planting 50+ plants. The Cutrite landscaping crew were simply exceptional in all regards, other reviews talk about 'falling in love' with how wonderful they are, and it is 100% true! They were hard-working (methodical without hurrying), detail-oriented, precise, careful, respectful of our property, and most importantly, they took personal ownership of the project. Landscaping is a fusion of design, artistry, engineering, horticulture, and much more, something that is one-of-a-kind, and what we wanted most in a landscaping company was one passionate about their work, as if it was their own front-yard. This level of engagement they brought to the project, with such top-level craftsmanship and a vast South-Texas horticulture knowledge-base, it is extremely rare to find. To top it off, their pricing is very reasonable for what you get, which in our experience far-exceeded our expectations. Their irrigation team was even synchronized with the process to provide modifications to our sprinkler system so it work with the changes. Even the owner came out to inspect the job before completion. We could not have asked for more, and we could not be happier!

We had a need for planting several shrubs and a tree in our backyard. Cut-Rite sent out a polite, professional young man who did a fine job. We are pleased with the results. We called them out again for a little landscaping to improve our home’s curb appeal. And once again, a job well done.

The team at Cut-Rite did a great job with our office landscaping. The existing landscape had not been tended to in years and everything had to be removed. The design they came up with looks great. The price was fair. They even power washed everything when they were done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Martin and his crew at Cut-Rite landscaped my yard, front and back. They made it a showplace and in record time. The price was very reasonable and his crew very worked hard. Everything they did was perfect. They not only did what I asked, they went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. My yard is beautiful.

Update - Martin and his crew just refreshed my entire yard. It is beautiful. Martin is an expert at his job. If you’re not using Cutrite, you’re not using the best. He and his crew do beautiful work every time.

Edward Maldonado came by my place and gave me a quote for service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding to my needs. Thank Edward for putting the customers needs first!

Please consider using a different company. Something is not right in management, dishonest. I did NOT use Cutrite but used the company next door. Somehow Cutrite got hold of my payment to the other company. Possibly mis-delivered by usps. Not only did Cutrite open mail not addressed to them, they deposited a large amount check that was made payable to another company. The office spoke with me the first day (only when I called. Would not call me) but since that first day, they have not returned my calls or my email to office manager. Cutrite did not even call the other company to let them know what had happened, and how they would rectify the situation. Myself and the company money was owed to had to involve the police.

I had a very time sensitive project that needed to be completed. Martin quickly gave me the quote. Since, I was operating out of Florida, Martin kept me posted on his step of the process and even went back several times to finish a few small items that were missed on the initial cut. Highly recommend.

Cutrite truck was riding my butt at high speed on 281. Then proceeded to cut across multiple lanes of traffic and speed off. I was already doing 80.

I reached out to Cielo Irrigation and Landscaping for a sprinkler malfunction, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. James went above and beyond to not only identify and fix the issue but also took the time to point out other areas of concern I wasn’t even aware of.

He provided an on the spot quote and completed the repair right then and there, which made the whole process incredibly easy and stress free. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, clear, honest, and responsive. On top of that, the pricing was incredibly fair for the amount of work he put in.

It’s hard to find this level of professionalism and care these days. I highly recommend Cielo Irrigation and Landscaping and will definitely be using them again in the future!!!
