Put a phone call in to owner Bob Stewart to come out to give an estimate on taking down my old fence and replacing with a new privacy fence. He got right back with me and set up an appointment to come to my home. He walked the whole yard with me to see exactly what I had in mind. There was no high pressure whatsoever, he wanted me to get what I wanted and be happy with it for a long time to come. He gave me a price, I added a few more of my wants to the job, we settled on a price. Bob scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out to start my job. He ended up calling and asked if it would be OK to start the job a few days early, I was glad for them to get started. His guys came out on Saturday, worked Sunday and completed the job on Monday before rain was expected to start that week. The guys worked hard, were respectful of me and my property and got the job done. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old fence and any trash away. I would definitely recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone thinking about fence work at their home. Did what they said they would do in a timely manner, of which I was so appreciative.

I had a privacy fence installed recently and the whole experience was excellent. Bob came out to do the estimate—he was professional, no pressure, and very responsive over the phone. His pricing was also very competitive, which made the decision even easier. Joshua and Dilson did the installation and these guys absolutely rocked. They were friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job. You could tell they really cared about doing quality work and took pride in the final result. The fence looks great, they worked quickly, and they made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend this team!

They are great work with. I just had a small 4×6 storage gate installed. As busy as they were on what I am sure were larger projects the team made me fill like my build was just as important. They were able to fit me in and kept me informed the entire time, very responsive. I will definitely contact them if i ever decide to get a "big boy" fence. LOL. Thank you for your work.

Using Top Rail Fencing was one of the best choices I have made. I had Lowe’s install another section of fencing a few years ago and their quality of work is not even close to Top Rail Fencing. I was so impressed with the quality of their work I am asking them to return and quote us on fixing the work that Lowe’s and their subcontractor did.

This is the second time we’ve worked with Top rail. This time was to fix the beautiful fence they built for us a few years ago that became damaged by our neighbors fallen trees. Top Rail installed an aluminum fence to replace our old wooden fence on the front facing portion of our backyard. The removed the old fence and installed the new fence in one day. What a transformation! It completely changes the front of our property. The install team was great to work with and even double checked with us part way thru the project to verify the final details. The fence really improves the look of our property. Bob and his team were easy to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence. My backyard fence was falling apart. Bob came out and told me they could take down the fence and put in a new one within 14 days. He sent me a proposal that day, at a very reasonable price, and Tanner scheduled it for today. I was worried with the storm coming that it would have to be rescheduled, but they came this morning and were done by noon. My new fence looks great! If I could give Bob and the Top Rail Fence Team 10 stars I would, as I had an exceptional experience getting my 6 foot partial privacy fence installed along the back of our property line. Bob is very down to earth and personable. Really nice guy. I got an appt for a quote next day, and he did not disappoint. He took time to answer all of my questions and offered me the best price, by far, compared to two other companies. Once I had my HOA approval, Tanner got us scheduled for installation very quickly and was always very responsive via email. Satisfied: Bob quickly scheduled an appointment to assess my repair; quickly scheduled the repair within a two week time frame; showed up on the day scheduled and got all the repairs completed.

The owner of this company is absolutely amazing! Top rail fence provides a high-quality fence at the same cost as some of prefab fence and even cheaper than most quotes I’ve got.
