They made a tough repair on my 70 year old home in West Seattle and installed a chimney cap...I will definitely use them again.

We hired this company to clean our chimney and install a liner for a pellet stove. They started the job several weeks ago, and were supposed to come back and finish it thr next day, but they never showed back up. We have called several times and have been promised that they will come "tomorrow" and they still haven't showed. Finally I called last Friday and gave them one last chance to be here first thing Monday (today) and they didn't show up.

Good competitive price. Everything done on time with excellent quality. I've used them twice on 2 seperate homes, and I will continue to use them whenever I need their skills.

Absolutely amazing work these fine folks did, at an excellent price. They were able to renovate the top third of our chimney, working around freezing temperatures. They had to clean and re-use the brick, as well, since the type of brick used in the chimney is no longer manufactured. They made a beautiful cap and topped everything off beautifully. I was really impressed, and have recommended Hanson's to other folks.

Hansons chimney did a fantastic job installing a new pellet stove. They removed an old heatalator built in wood burning stove, fixed the brick and installed the new pellet stove. Other businesses wouldn’t touch this project but Hansons communicated well, showed up and got it done!

We've been using Allred for 5 years now. They come out twice a year to maintain our equipment. Additionally, we have had them complete several small repairs and necessary maintenance.
I appreciate Allred's great communications. From text message reminders to well documented reports and everything in between. We consider their pricing as fair and no matter who we have spoken with, Allred people are always friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend.

Even though the installers were late, due to a previously difficult job, they worked diligently until the job was done. They explained everything and were patient with our questions. I am very satisfied with our new furnace. The whole process was straightforward and easy.
