I scheduled an appointment for Friday between 8-12pm. I received a "welcome to Allred" text to confirm. No one reached out during the appointment period and I had to call in at 12:30pm to see if anyone was going to show up.

I was told that there was some issue on their end and that they missed the appointment window. I communicated to them that I had moved my Friday morning schedule to Saturday morning to accommodate the appointment and they suggested that we reschedule to Saturday morning which I, then, told them that I couldn't due to the scheduling shuffle I did to accommodate the original appointment window.

They mentioned that they could do 5pm PT which I agreed to. Once again, I proceeded to shuffle my Friday afternoon and evening plans to accommodate the new appointment window.

The service tech called me around 6pm to confirm and noted that there's a $100+ after-hour charge since the appointment was moved to after 5pm. Note that the call had audio issues on their end. They attempted to communicate a price change but I wasn't able to hear it. I'd also like to note that the service tech was very professional, understanding, but bound by company policy.

What I'm frustrated at is that they are trying to charge $100+ for an after-hours call when they were the ones who missed the original appointment window. They also failed to communicate that they'll be missing the appointment window. I had to call in to figure out what was going on. I felt like my day was wasted and I will no longer be recommending Allred to neighbors and friends moving forward.

Villanueva, came from Auburn to Arlington on a Sunday evening and fixed our issue quickly. Allred has always been responsive and knowledgeable. Appreciate not being ripped off too with reasonable charge, this is why we continue to do business with Allred.

Quick efficient service with professionals who know what they're doing and the company does not hesitate to communicate at every opportunity. This is a service that is sorely missed in all other business lines. We will consistently use all red for all of our heating and electrical needs.

ALLRED did a fantastic job with our new furnace install. Evan, Gavin, and Sebastian answered all my questions and made sure everything was done right from start to finish. I definitely would recommend ALLRED for all your HVAC needs.

After signing up for the yearly maintenance package and receiving excellent service that first year, I haven't heard from them since. I reached out to renew my yearly service plan and didn't hear back from then. I am very disappointed in their business model and have gone elsewhere for my heating and air conditioning needs.

From the moment I called Allred Heating Cooling Electric they were honest and responsive. The Sebastian Alvarado arrived on time, was very thorough with the HVAC repair and explained every step clearly, which I appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and they left the work area clean. I highly recommend their service for any heating or cooling needs.

We used Allred to install a new heat pump and AC unit. David Rolig gave us a thorough and well informed estimate with multiple different options at different price points, and worked with us on ways to get what we wanted while staying in our budget. Based on our experience with David we opted not to get other quotes, so I can't speak to price relative to what other companies might have charged, but I believe we received a fair price for what we had done.

There were a few hiccups during installation but they were quickly and thoroughly resolved in a follow up appointment by Sebastian Alvarado.

Overall we had a good experience with Allred and we're looking forward to seeing how our new AC unit holds up to the heat next summer. We will continue to use them for any future HVAC needs we have.

My technician, Travis, helped at both my house and my mom's house. We were very impressed with him and the company. He was on schedule and professional and super duper friendly. He performed a thorough furnace inspection and tune-up, but he also went WAY above and beyond to check something else that was a concern of mine, and really went out of his way to solve the problem. I highly recommend them!

Allred was able to provide service for us when a circuit breaker failed for a circuit that controlled our refrigerator. We had another company scheduled but they called at the last minute to tell us their tech went home sick and that they couldn't get to us until the next day. We couldn't wait, so called Allred and they had a technician out a little over an hour later... a manager in the office! Very impressed.

Price and response was great. Quick response and quick repair. Would recommend Allred for consideration.

The technician arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and completed the work quickly. They did not try and upsell me anything. Dave Rolig that came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and took the time to know me and answer any and all of my questions. His experience and genuine caring were unmatched! An employee to make any company very proud. He even offered to meet price of competitors product. In the end it was my engineering analysis of the hardware choices that had me chose the competitor. And that was nothing he could overcome. He gave me every reason to believe Allred was only selling a product they believed in and would fully stand behind for many years to come.

We recently decided to have our gas fireplace serviced and cleaned, even though it was operating very well. The first technician was inexperienced and left us unsure of the servicing performed. Unfortunately, our fireplace failed to light on Thanksgiving. Allred Heating and Cooling sent us technician Sebastian Alvarado . He was on time, very professional, with outstanding communication skills and knowledge. After making adjustments, our fireplace is now working great. Quick and easy maintenance visit. Tech was efficient, polite, and wore booties over his shoes to keep our floors clean. We’re signed up for the maintenance plan and didn’t need repairs. Today was covered by our monthly payment.
