The personnel came on time and very nice to talk to. However, the equipment is very weak has no power behind it to do the task so I asked to stop from doing any further work. The guy at the end was very mad and left the house without even putting back the exhaust cover. Very unprofessional. I will no recommend this business.

Troy was knowledgeable and provided excellent service of my old house’s ductwork. He took the time to educate us about our system and provide tips on maintenance. I’ve used other companies in the past for air duct cleaning but Sonic was by far better in terms of service and my overall experience. We’ll absolutely use them again.

Kevin was on time and did a great job cleaning the ducting in my house. He wasn't able to fit the equipment in my crawl space so the equipment came in the house and he hand cleaned all my vents. Thank you Kevin and Sonic Air Duct!

This company is great. Booked the appointment same week of service. All options are a La carte on the website. Pick what you need. No haggling or hassling. Employee worked hard and fast. Price was exactly what I was expecting.

With a boiler-radiator system to heat our house we haven't needed air duct cleaning, but when our dryer vent clogged we needed help fast and they provided it. We appreciate the prompt professional service.

I used this company to clean out my dryer vent as I was getting a repeated clean vent message. I have no reason to believe the service provided wasn't exactly what was needed. I am just disappointed that it cost close to $200 for a five minute job. I'm sure most of the time spent was driving here, so maybe it's not unreasonable.

I really like their service, they are professional and very detailed oriented. Their people are super nice and hard working. I asked lots of questions and they answered me clearly and patiently. Will come again !

Do not use this company. I tried. They did not honor the appointment that I made and never called about it. I spoke with 5 different people only getting a dispatch service and was told each time that someone would call but no one ever did. Don't waste your time like I did.

We just moved into our house that we had been renting out for the past 2 years, and our dryer started warming about a blocked vent. Sonic Air Duct were able to accommodate us and come out the next day, and got our ducts cleaned quickly.

Richard S did our vent cleaning and he was very professional, kept us engaged, explained why something couldn’t get done. He did a phenomenal job and would recommend him for others.

Had my dryer vent cleaned out and the tech punctured holes in the vent tubing. I let them know and they were very responsive, came out to fix it, and made it right. This is a company that cares about good service-a rarity in these times.

Great & meticulous cleaning by Nick! He attached the big machine to the vent and then went room to room to each vent to vacuum & clean it. He was professional & the service was great.

Courteous and thorough. Working from the inside was too cramped and was able to get it done from the outside. Got to see what was removed, which wasn't a large amount of lint but was compacted wads of dense lint. If your dryer doesn't seem to be as effective as bygone days, this service will very likely make most any clothes dryer perform much better.

Kevin C did a great job. We have a 3 story house and the dryer duct was near the top floor. He was able to complete the cleaning of the air duct even at that challenging height.
