Safe Chimney Inc sent someone out this morning to check my gas fireplace. The pilot light was acting up and they replaced the thermocouple in no time. Fire lights right away now and heats the room good. Didn’t take long at all, super relieved it’s fixed before it got cold again. Will use again next time for sure.

didnt even realize my chimney had a problem till water started pooling on top instead of draining like it should. with kids in the house, i was worried about leaks or damage.
