Michael seeded our lawn today. He was fast and responsive to my questions and gave top priority to my concerns. He was very courteous and a professional representative of your company. I appreciate his service and attention to detail. It’s easy to see him going the extra mile for every customer.

Do not sign up with Trugreen. Their system is so messed up and they do not know what they are doing, service or billing.

We sold the house last September and closed the truGreen account associated with that address. TruGreen still sent us the bill for the "service" they claimed they performed this Spring on the house which is no longer ours. We called the office a couple times telling them the issue . One lady told me we did not have to pay, then another bill came in a month later and the lady who picked up the phone insisted we must pay. I made my final call to the office today and if they still harass me with this, I am taking this to Better Business Bureau.

Mark F does a great job! If I'm around when he does the application he always tells me what to do if I have questions.
He very courteous.

Michael Castellone is my lawn guy, He's timely and thorough. He also takes time to talk and ask if I have any issues with my grass.... My Shrub and trees guy ( his name escapes me, has also been very polite and willing to tell me what he was applying to my shrubs/ trees.

Horrible company. I hired them to do pest control in my yard with specific instructions to call before they came so I could unlock gates and put up my dogs. They completely ignored that request and just showed up, in the pouring rain! for the first treatment. When that was useless and I had them come back, two days after that treatment, where again no phone call, just showed up, i came home to ants mounding on my concrete patio and earwigs feasting on all of my ground plants. I've demanded my money back and would NEVER recommend or use them again. Ugh!

They killed a large portion of my lawn by spilling fertilizer and not telling me. They never controlled the weeds I did it myself. Do not use them! I had one of the best yards on my street before I let them touch it. I will update this review if the problem is resolved.

I logged in once to get a quote. They have called me no less than 15 times in the past 2 days. This is ridiculous and it needs to stop. Very unprofessional and I would never consider using TruGreen Lawn Care. I have tried twice now to have my name removed from a call list. Absolutely unprofessional sales calls.

TruGreen has been applying fertilizer on two of my properties for YEARS! They are a solid company with quality customer service as their top priority.

They signed me up for a service and said it would be $45 for weed control and bug control. Then they only came out for bug control, and when I asked why they didn't do the weed control as well, they said they could do it for an additional $45. I told the rep that if I was going to be paying double what I initially signed up for, I wanted to cancel. He proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes before finally canceling.

Great communication. They use Great products. My grass looks the it has ever looked.

This is the first time we’ve used Truegreen and we were quite impressed! Mark F explained everything he going to do, went over the area with my husband and we were very pleased.

Overall a good experience. This year I did have a crabgrass problem that went untreated that I finally treated myself and resolved. The word crabgrass never appeared on my receipts, so I am fairly certain they never did anything about it.
Also, once you sign up for the aeration and overseeding they will do it annually. I checked witht he extension agent who told me that in my area it is not beneficial annually so I wanted to scale it back to once every 3-5 years but that requires talking to a rep after sitting on hold and going through the "what if I offered you 10% off, what if I offered you 20% off" routine.

Dont waste your money!!!!! The sales rep will offer you the world and they will not follow through on what they promise you. I paid in full and was told they put me on the schedule to have a tech come out to tell me about additional services that they provide and reassess my lawn the next year. No one showed up. No phone call. They did not even mail me a renewal to pay in full. They just continued to bill me. They told me that i have three credits for the next year when i called in and magically they disappeared. I spent hours on the phone but this company is so disorganized that no one has the same answers. I talked to a service rep in conneticut and she tried to bribe me saying the only way she will give me one of my credits back was if i continued service with them. After i canceled with them and they told me they put me on a do not contact list, i get a call the next day from them trying to solicite my business again. Where were they when i wanted a call????? Your sales department would call and interupt me a work all the time trying to sell me things but when it comes to customer service good luck. They do not honor their word at all. They put tracks all over my yard and spread fetilizer all over trampoline and sport court where my kids play everytime. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Most of the employees do a really good job. I am not impressed with the employee that had been doing our flower beds; we have never had any weeds in them until this year. I watched him this last time and then looked around after he left; he only sprayed the ditches around my house....there was NOTHING in my flower beds. We don't spend so much money on having an ugly yard.

Ran into a problem with a fertilizer treatment. From the agent who took my initial complaint to the regional manager, EVERY person did exactly what they said they would in a timely, gracious manner. I was and continue to be highly impressed

Please do not waste your money. Poor quality service. Paid for 4 treatments. They only did 2. Then after complaining they finally came out to do another one and spent 5 minutes spraying for mosquitoes. In November. A
