Terrible on call backs, called four times with zero calls returned. Once I got a hold of them, the guy acted like I was bothering him. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Go with someone else.

I have had lousy return calls, as well, from this place. I've called several times, leaving voicemails, messages with receptionist – she told me she would send him an email. Not one return phone call, All I need is an answer about some work they did several years ago on my well. Believe me, if I need some work on my well, they will not get my business.

Was trying to get a quote for well inspection for 4 days in a row. Left couple voice-mails and emails, talked to the operator, she also sent 2 emails and left paper notes to the one who is in charge - all unsuccessful. Found somebody else who answered my phone call right away and scheduled inspection. Keep it up Richardson Well Drilling Co and soon you will have no clients

Richardson Well Drilling showed up to take a water quality sample from my well. The guy who came out was nice enough, but after three weeks and not hearing back I gave them a call. After being on hold while the office looked for the sample, they told me they never took a sample. I asked what I should do and Brian from Richardson said I could have another sample taken so they could send it in.

That process did not seem to work the first time should I try it again?
I don't think so.

I started with another well company and switched to Richardson because they were able to accommodate me faster and cheaper. They did a professional job and answered all my questions and concerns before during and after. Highly recommended as your first choice.

Save yourself the hassle... Every review on here says they will not return your call. It's the honest truth... The receptionist will tell you Rick is not in and will take a message. Or you can leave an email.. Hang up at that time and call someone else!!!! They replaced our pump 11 months ago and it went out again. Called them a week ago the first time. Called on a Thursday evening, called on Friday and was told they would call back. Waited til Monday and finally got ahold of them. Was told they would call to let me know what time they would be out.. Still haven't seen or heard from them..... DONT CALL RICHARDSON!!!!

By far the BEST experience I have had dealing with my well.
I have them maintain my well for the last 20 years. No problems. They actually save you money. Never oversell you anything. Sr or Jr.; they are truly the BEST in the BUSINESS.

If I could rate a zero I would. I was recommended to this company by a few friends who said the company was great. After calling 7 times and them even telling me someone would call me back and schedule someone to come out and look at my well NOBODY has returned my phone call. That was almost two weeks ago. I've been without water for over a month!!!
Horrible customer service. It seems that the only business they want is a fortune for drilling a new well and will not bother with a possible well repair.

I contacted Richardsons on a Thursday morning with an emergency situation ( no running water) and was scheduled for 3 pm that day! WOW...I was amazed. On top of it Aaron showed up 1/2 hr. early and had the repair completed prior to my appt time. Simple fix for him but what do I know. He was professional and explained the entire process to me and how to maintain it. Was told the fees ahead of time to troubleshoot and their parts prices were fair. Would highly recommend their services and now I'm thankful I have found a go to company. You guys rock!

Replace our well. Came out checked everything out. Gave them our e-mail address. Said someone would contact us. Waited a week called them. Gave them our e-mail address again! Called again!!!!! Never did hear from them! Great customer service!!!!!
