What is fantastic company to do business with! From day one,Kerri Ann, facilitated the project at rapid speed due to the house being sold. She worked with the health department and getting the permit and extension on rapidly and employees are fantastic and willing to answer questions as well.

From start to finish Double J was professional, prompt, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. They completed a new septic system for me and exceeded all of my expectations. Work was completed ahead of schedule and my yard was put back together in better that then when they started their work. I will definitely recommend Double J to friends and family and will use them again for future projects.

Great communication, great customer service, great follow-up when concerns arose. If I ever need another excavation, Double J will be the only company I call. I strongly recommend Double J if you need a new septic drain field!

Follow-up: We have found that the ground is continually sinking around our new tanks. Double J did return to add some dirt and cover the cost of repair to our new flagstone patio but the sinking continues.

Hedges Family Estate enlisted their services to install a commercially sized septic and drainage system, and from their first visit to the job site, construction of the project, and follow-up maintenance instructions, Double J has been extremely detailed, professional, and a pleasure to work with. KariAnne, Kenneth, and the Crew demonstrated what a well-oiled operation should look like. Double J is an easy pick for us for all future excavation projects.
