We recently had Double J install a new drain field and septic tank. The crew that was on site doing the work was top notch. They were professional, kept us apprised of the status of work, and called us out to witness key steps/tests. Understanding that this is a busy season , I was aware that there would be fluctuations in scheduling and timing of inspections. I personally would have preferred increased communication from the management team regarding progression of the project. Overall, I would recommend them and would hire them if any we needed their services in the future.

We had the BEST 5 STAR experience with Double J Excavating when they replaced our septic system in Kennewick. They were so great to work with, and they had everything coordinated and scheduled to a "T"! This was a very large system, and they handled everything from A-Z. They left the property in a clean state ready for seed. The whole Double J Team were all so nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and such very very hard workers from sunup to sundown. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work done. GREAT company!!!

I highly recommend Double J. They installed a new engineered septic system. They got us on the schedule quick and sent us a very detailed timeline of what to expect. Their price was very competitive with any other bids we had received. KariAnne, Kenneth, and the whole crew were very professional, easy to deal with and were quick to answer any questions. It felt like they really went above and beyond to make this project go as smoothly as possible. The install looked great, and they left yard ready for landscape.

We had a great experience with Double J! Our project manager was a wonderful communicator, and she was very down to earth and helped us understand the full project. The excavation crew were professional and the foreman was very nice and checked in with us multiple times. The digger and bulldozer did a bit of damage to some of our tree branches and to our concrete garden border, but I’m not sure it was avoidable given the extent of the project. Wonderful experience with this company, and I would highly recommend them.

Everyone I worked with at Double J was professional, courteous, kind, caring, and excellent at their jobs. They arrived, got to work, solved problems as they came up and worked hard to make sure the job was done with excellence. I have not encountered such an amazing crew before who could do the job and also had the people skills and customer service to make you feel as though they truly cared about their customers. We hired Double J Excavating to remove 13 tree stumps from our property of 3 acres, one stump was very large. Alex and his crew showed up right on time and within 2 hours had the job completed, the stumps loaded up for removal and brought us in a load of dirt for filling the holes where the stumps came out! The price charged for this work was very reasonable. Everyone was professional and they had all the necessary equipment to get this job done in a timely manner. We HIGHLY recommend their work and we will certainly use Double J Excavating again! Thank you Alex. Bob and Barb in Badger Canyon.

The work they did was great everything came out better than expected both Josh and Arron were a great help very friendly same as Logan and Zack the gutters and the roof all came together great would definitely recommend them

We recently had a window installed by BN, but unfortunately our experience was less than stellar. Below are the pros and cons of our project:

Pros:
• The window itself appears to be a high-quality product.
• The two representatives who initially came to our home were friendly
• We received two gift cards to Bob’s Burgers after the installation

Cons:
• When I called to request a bid for installing one window, I expected a quick appointment to take measurements. Instead, the visit turned into a lengthy, multi-hour presentation evaluating every window in our home, along with bids for full or partial replacement.
• We were pressured to make a “yes or no” decision on the spot during the estimate. Windows are a major investment, and it was frustrating to be pushed into making such a significant financial decision without time to think it over.
• We ultimately agreed to proceed with the single window installation we had originally requested (quoted at around $6,000). This included cutting a hole in the exterior wall, installing the new window, and completing all finish work. We were told everything would be matched to our adjacent window and that our only task afterward would be a bit of painting. However, the subcontractors who did the installation informed us that BN had instructed them not to complete any finish work. As a result, we had to hire someone else to install drywall and the interior ledge to match the adjacent window—costing us several hundred dollars more—then purchase materials and finish the rest ourselves (which included mudding, texturing, sanding, and painting). Because we’re not professionals, the end result isn’t as polished as it should be. It was extremely disappointing to be told the project would be turnkey (minus some paint), only to discover that wasn’t the case.
• Communication about the delivery process was unclear. We were told when the window would arrive and that BN would contact us afterward to schedule installation. What we weren’t told was that the window would be shipped directly to our home from out of state. Luckily, our doorbell camera alerted us when the movers arrived unexpectedly, and I was able to rush home to receive it. Clear communication that the window would be arriving directly to our house would’ve avoided unnecessary stress.
• When my husband shared our concerns with the company, the representative apologized for the miscommunications but did not offer any solution or effort to make things right.

Overall:
While the window itself seems to be good quality, the overall experience—from the high-pressure sales approach to unclear communication and unfulfilled finish work—was frustrating and disappointing. We had hoped for a smoother and more professional process, especially given the cost of the project.

Josh and Jo were great. They were very personable and professional. They gave a very impressive presentation and were extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with them and are looking forward to our new roof and windows.

We recently had our home re-sided with BN Covered Exteriors. Their salesman, Jose, did an awesome job! He was so helpful, considerate, professional and the main line of communication between us and upper management. The crew was great and always on time. They were professional, friendly, communicated well and did an outstanding installation job! Clean-up was good but may have been rushed which caused a few items to be overlooked. Overall, BN Covered Exteriors is a quality company to do business with. Alside Ascend is a beautiful product and we are very happy with the outcome. :)

We had a wonderful experience with the installation of 3 windows. Jorell was great in helping us understand the process as well as no pressure and let us decide what we wanted to do with installing windows in stages.

Luke and Jorell explained the whole process for the installation of gutters and what to expect for the next few weeks. Nick and his apprentice installed the gutters and informed me of all the steps. Once finished our gutters looked fantastic. I would highly recommend BN Covered Exteriors. I cannot recommend them enough. They make the whole process smooth and their work is exceptional.

Gutter installation on a 1955 two story house - they worked around our schedule which we greatly appreciated. Came back out to do a final inspection. Highly recommend their service, if we need anything else done again, we will use them again in the future.

Editing this review.. one of the downspouts needed to be corrected, they came back out and fixed it quickly, no issues at all. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house.

We got our gutters installed and absolutely loved it. From the first meeting to the final walk around we had an amazing experience. During our first meeting they took the time to not only explain to us how the gutters will be made and installed but also took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. They covered all bases from gutter installations to finance and if we needed to get a payment plan. The installation process was supper quick and easy for us. Not only did they take off our old gutters but they made the new ones on site, installed and cleaned up all under 2 hours. Absolutely recommended going with these guys if you are looking to upgrade the exterior of your house.
