Very quick response for our dryer that was making a screeching noise that can be heard from the ISS; they showed up the next day. Philip was very professional, attentive, and worked fast, and thoroughly explained what he found and how he fixed it. He had all the tools and parts to fix it right then and there. Now our dryer is whisper quiet.

Issue with my oven was repaired quickly and was working fine when the repairman left but a couple of hours later it still would not ignite. I called IV early this morning and they expressed concern and scheduled me for a return call at the earliest opening. Called for an oven repair and they came and assessed the issue, which was extremely beneficial to understand what parts were needed for repair. We were able to buy minimal parts and save a ton of cost having the IV team come fix the door hinges. They worked fast and made sure to use towels to keep the space clean. Thank you!

Great people to work with and the repair was done veryefficiently! Had to wait a little longer than expected for the part to arrive (refrigerator compressor), however, it was an upgraded part from the original with which I have high confidence in that will serve as a long-term fix. Had an issue with an ice maker after the repair and Ivan was willing to work with me on the phone to diagnose and get it working again. Will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Ivan at IV Appliance Clinic initially came to us to see about repairing a 50+yr old Jennaire cook-top. As we talked about the repair costs vs replacement with a new unit, we decided to order a new cook-top, and have it delivered. Ivan came back to take out old and install the new cook-top. As the project came together, Ivan was both creative and efficient in solving the slight dimension differences. He also arrived promptly as promised. We would highly recommend him. He was very professional and personable and a pleasure to do business with. We are pleased with his suggestions and the work results.

Wonderful service. Our oven went out and they were easy to schedule appointment. Once the part was in they quickly scheduled made arrangements to get our oven fixed. Phillip did a great job.

My fridge needed service and I called IV Appliance. They sent Ivan out the same day and he was able to tell me what was wrong with my fridge immediately. He ordered the part that was needed and I got a call a couple days later when the part came in. They were able to schedule the repair that same day and were very accommodating to my work schedule.
