Horrible.To continue to tell a customer to do the things that they have already been doing to resolve an ongoing problem is absurd. Then to lie and say that you are using a "new" product to clean the machine. When asked what product I was told a "new" product. I finally demand to see the package and sure enough it is Affresh...the same product that I have been telling you I use multiple times weekly to be able to endure the odor. I show you the residue left on my clothing after using the machine and you insult me by telling me to read the manual. Horrible service.

I called looking to see if they sold parts but didn't have what I was looking for but the gal on the phone pointed me to exactly where I needed to go. I really appreciated that!

These are good people; they really know their stuff. They made my appointment in good time, kept it, gave the best answers when my dishwasher proved beyond easy or cost-effective fixing.

I was referred to them through Whirlpool. They came told me that have to order a part for my frigde. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of someone i finally got a lady and she just told me that the part was on order when I asked if she had any tracking info she replied no and that they would call when the part came in. Im currently on 3 weeks now with no frigde.

These guys have fixed several of our appliances over the last 10 years. The appliances have always worked when they left. A-RH may not be the cheapest, but they get the job done promptly and properly.

I had a broken dishwasher. The repairman was polite, informative and figured out that it was a problem not with the dishwasher but with my electricity. He didn't charge and I will use this company every time I have to get someone out.

The man they sent is amazing! He gave us other options of fix the problem to save us $, he's sooo nice, explains everything so well. He's awesome!

Vern was here three different times to fix a noncooprative washing machine, and each time was polite and informative. He also put everything back in place, not leaving a mess! Lowes followed his recommendation, and is replacing the machine. If the need ever arises, I will certainly use this company again. Thank you for all the effort.

NO STAR REVIEW 3 times they had reschedule visit each time the tech called in sick...2 to 3 week intervals.
I finally call A OK appliance he came out the same day and had my dryer running and repaired in 20 minutes

Appliance Hospital is always there when I need them. They have done washer and dryer repairs for me which have extended the life of those appliances. In addition office AND service personnel are the best, friendly, reliable and honest. I would use their services again in a heartbeat!

This was a warranty call on our refrigerator. The repairman called ahead, showed up on time, was pleasant, brought the correct part, installed it and it worked. This all took about ten minutes. We were very pleased.

Great experience, next day service others were 5 days to a week out. Knowledgeable & very pleasant to work with. Thank You Matt!! Repaired dryer to heat till board could be replaced.

Our dryer sounded like a garbage truck, Called Appliance Hospital and Matt showed up and did a full tune up, was fast and friendly. Definitely would refer them again.

The technician (Brett) worked with us over 3 visits to fix our "icing" problem, and it now appears all is well. I appreciate the knowledge that your technicians have, their ability to step into the customer's "shoes" , and their ability to diagnose the problem. Well done

I learned about these the appliance hospital purely by accident. I usually use yelp and the “guys” who always comes up top ranked. I won’t name them here. They are so busy that they now book out at least a week and I needed help right away. One of the appliance companies gave me the Appliance Doctor as a referral. I’m go glad they did!!! Dr tj was fantastic. Knew what he was doing and fixed my dishwasher. They are my new “appliance guys”.

Two young men arrived (one training) within the scheduled time. They gave me a heads-up call about 15-20 minutes ahead of their arrival. They immediately put on shoe protectors before entering my home.

Unfortunately, I had other commitments in my kitchen during the appointment, but we worked around each other successfully. Both were very respectful.

The first attempt at correcting the issue was unsuccessful, but they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

In the process of taking the microwave in/out of the space, they nicked a wall, or which they took ownership and offered to have someone come out and repair it. It was so minor, I declined. I appreciated that they "owned up" to the nick vs., ignoring it.

The reason for only 4 stars is that they left a lot of smudges and finger prints on the face of the microwave; something that could have been shined up in a few seconds with a microfiber cloth.

Excellent service. Tighted broken part until new one could come in mail! I could still wash while I waited! Very nice gentleman fixed my washer good as new! Definitely recommended! Also fair prices!

I give this a 4 star review because of the wait it took to come back after the part came in. Waiting a week is too long. Please have more installers working Portland area. Other than that Ruben did a good job. Thank you

Very professional and reliable. I've had 3 different repair businesses in the past 2 months working in the Salem, Oregon, area and only this one was able to come in a timely fashion, repair the appliance, and be polite and interesting while they did the repair.

These folks are consummate professionals.
They are knowledgeable, honest, on time, thorough, neat, respectful and seriously concerned with customer service.
They are invisible in your home until they finish the job and review it with you. They offer insight into the workings of your appliances and provide info on why they do what they do.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with these fine folks.

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. The water lines to the ice maker freeze up about every 2 1/2 months. Appliance-Refrigeration Hospital has handled the repairs of this under my warranty service. Specifically 'Doctor Dennis' has made the house calls, worked with the Frigidaire technical people to effectuate repairs, and has documented his efforts with the warranty people.
The staff is friendly and professional. They work with me to define as much as possible an arrival time for me to be available so I don't have to wait around all day. Dennis is very capable and knowledgeable, and is very good at communicating his process for repair.
