Workmanship was very good. Added a new wall to separate a bigger bedroom. Only complaint was that it took longer than expected due to shortage of materials.

I called and scheduled appointment for an estimate. Plus side, the estimator showed up right on time. I was told that I should have a bid within a week. I never heard back from them. I emailed asking if there were any questions that needed to be answered. The response I received back made it appear that my remodel project was completely forgotten about and the cost was just quickly thought up in regards to a previous job they had performed. In addition, the quote was "significantly" higher than other quotes. It seems like they bid high to avoid my project which really isn't that difficult. Anyway, VERY unprofessional!!! Also, the estimator stated that his sub-contractor would need to perform a site visit to confirm the quote. Why have an estimator in place if he can't provide a rough estimate???!!! Unfortunately, this is no bueno for me. I even told them that I will be remodeling my kitchen as well but apparently there doesn't seem to be an interest.

What a wonderful job they did fabricating and installing new iron hand rails for my front porch and new grab bars for my shower.

The young man who worked in my bathroom had put booties over his shoes before he came into the house. Clean, professional, and knowledgeable.

Frank & Sons Construction Services came out to do repairs after water damage to our flooring and kitchen. They worked with my insurance company to help move things along easier, and we're extremely helpful, and courteous all-around.

Mark and his team of folks at Frank & Sons has been a valued supplier of remodeling and repair services for our Condo development for more than a decade. they have repeatedly brought responsive expertise to meet our needs. We count on them for emergency repairs, remodeling and renewal of our common areas and their expertise with windows and carpentry. They have my highest recommendation.

Frank and Sons did an accessible bathtub to shower conversion for me. They were professional through the whole process. I was amazed at the cleanup at the end of each work day they did. I highly recommend them for your project.

After a bad leak in our roof, the idea of having to find a company I could trust was even scarier that the leak!
Luckily I knew someone at a property management company who recommended Frank and Sons.
Every drywall guy, painter, and roofer was amazing.
A couple years later we had a pipe burst that affected our main bathroom, walkin closet and office....again...Frank and Sons....again reliable, honest and competent.
It's really nice to knw there's a contracting out there that goes above and beyond and I can trust!

We have used Frank & Sons Construction Services for two projects at two different properties. The team at Frank & Sons is extremely professional, prompt and trustworthy. The timelines and estimates for the projects were kept throughout. The results were fantastic! They can handle all facets of construction and updating. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job you need done!

I went to get some wood for some window treatments that I am making. They made the cuts wrong so I had to have them recut even though I told them the correct measurements several times.

I am so disgusted with the Home Depot in Spanaway that I want to share my frustration. We went into the store to get a quote on some counter tops. After 20 years I get to get some new counter tops... anyhow, we go in and the first time it took about 5-10 minutes to get some help. One of the ladies finally looked up and called and made the appointment to have a gentleman come out and give us a bid.
So tonight he came in and we measured and I picked out what I wanted. So we had to go back to the store to pay for it to start the process. So we waited about 15 min and when I asked the lady in the counter top section a question she told me she didn't even work for Home Depot and couldn't find Karen. I then proceeded to customer service and waited another 10 min. Apparently no one else could help us and Karen was no where to be found. There was no manager there either. I have decided to take my 4000.00 purchase elsewhere since freaken home depot has NO ONE there to take care of this.

I will not spend a single penny more in a store with not a single ethical member of management. I have wasted more time than needed attempting to purchase an installed patio door. The contracted "measure company" hired by home depot to measure the door opening (I was told I was "not educated in taking a proper measurement" so I was to use their measure company - Home Depot Customer Service Representative) stated I must take a day off work or have my husband miss a day of school because the block of time measurements are done are between 10am-1pm only and my area was closer to 12pm-1pm. I asked nicely to move to a different date to ensure it was done before noon and was told they don't go to Spanaway earlier so I was not a "good fit for their company" as I couldn't comply with the 12pm-1pm time slot which was when no one is home. I then contact Home Depot where the manager hid behind the voice of the representative on the phone stating it was the only company they used for this service and I had no choice if I wanted to have Home Depot install the door. This store made every effort to not only insult me but ensure I would not use their services. The manager in the background of the conversation was not willing to give me his name or speak with me when I asked to avoid the "telephone game". The representative handling the call was very upset I was treated the way I was by the contractor and shocked and ashamed by her manager. This store does not understand customer service or the fact their representation by the contractor is horrible. My money WILL BE SPENT ELSEWHERE!
